Running in the rain

Misty POV

"I can't believe Ash is back Togepi. I haven't seen him in forever, we have so much to catch up on."
She stopped dead in her tracks to find Ash with another girl. She has blue hair, is tall, and is hugging Ash.

Misty puts Togepi into a pokeball and runs off.

It starts to rain

Misty is running back to the gym when she suddenly slows down only to be bumped into by someone moments later.
She is knocked over, and closes her eyes waiting to hit the ground but never does.

"Are you alright" a familiar voice asks.

She opens her eyes to find a familiar face.

"What are you doing here Ash, it's pouring" She looks at him with watered up eyes as if she were crying. "You should be with that other girl"

"Misty, Dawn is just a friend who hasn't seen me in forever......I still don't know why you were running"

Misty mumbles, "It's because you were with her......"

"I still don't understand"

"Ash you are so dense."
It starts raining harder
"We should get out of the rain Ash, the gym is nearby."

"Will you explain to me there?"

They run off toward the gym, running in the rain, hand in hand.
