[V0] Chapter 5 - Mountain Bandit

Just as he exit the forest, the sight he currently see was... peoples.

Yep, group of people surrounding the people in the centers. There's also woman and childrens present.

The surrounding group was Mountain Bandits. They want to rob the caravan but was repel by the mercenary's whom has been hired by the caravan's master.

Not that Sheng Yun known this fact but he guess not much differ from what he saw and with the current scene.

Pair of bandits was shocked with his sudden appearance, thus both of the bandits take initiative to kill him.

Sheng Yun take out the sword from his body and using his experience and vast knowledge of swordmanship, he took down the two bandit in a flash.

The others bandits see the scene was halt when they saw two of the first was collapse with a blood leaking out from their neck.

"Who are you?" Asked the bandit that earlier have the intention of helping the first two. But instead halt when he see they friends died.

"Why should I tell you?" Sheng Yun said sheepishly because he dont want to deal with unnecessary trouble unless it was inevitable.

"Humph... a mere zen realm dare to be arrogant in front of me. Prepare for you death, young man." The spoken bandit realize after scanning the boy in front of him and know that the boy just a mere triffling 8th level of Zen Realms.

Compare to him whom already at 1st level of Forming Dan realms. The differens of realms made it obvious of the gap strength.

The bandit charge at him while he, Sheng Yun stood there waiting for his enemy within the range of his sword.

The bandit using his profound strength of first level forming dan and wrap it around his sword while swinging it down to Sheng Yun body.

《Zen Swords - Flame Blade》

The bandit using Zen Ranks sword skill to kill Sheng Yun. However, because his body has been strengthen with natural element essence, he suddenly felt his body was light as if he was a leafs on the group and can be push over with a gentle breeze.

Feeling the sudden light-ness of his body, Sheng Yun take advantage of that and imbued the swords with his profound strength of 8th level Zen Realms and slash down his enemy.

The bandit manage to react to his swords albeit only a second late. The sword already slash upon him while Sheng Yun continue tried to pierce his enemy hearts.

Alas, the different of the strength gap made it obvious that Sheng Yun only manage to gave him a slight injury. Neither fatal or minor but it still hurt when it happen.

"Guaarrgghh!"

The bandit on the other hands was felt shocked that a Zens Realms manage to injure him while he already at the first level of forming dan realms

This is truly a riddiculous and more over humiliation toward him whom already at the Forming Dan realms. If it were againts 10th level of Zen would be understandable. With superior weapons, any ordinary first level of forming dan practitioner will surely have a hard time when fight with 10th level Zen Realms that equips superior weapon.

But him? 8th level of Zen Realms not a threat at all to him but how did he manage to injure him?

The bandit was flabbergasted with what just happen. He then thought 'could it be that his weapon was Yuan Magical Sword Treasure?'.

"What a nice sword you got there. I take a liking to it. Ordinary sword would not be able to put a scratch on my body but you manage to. Those sword must be yuan magical swords right?"
