When Love Turns Into Lies

Chapter 1

dss "Kenna, please proceed to the dressing room," Ellie said out of nowhere.

"Why?" I questioned, confused.

"Sweetie. You have a shoot with Cara. Its this Best Friends in Lingeries thing. I have no idea," Ellie answered.

I groaned, getting up from the loveseat and exited the office. As I entered the shooting room, Cara was already there, in a robe getting her hair and make up done. She grinned at me, before waving.

I entered my pink dressing room and inside, was a black lace lingerie with killer gladiator heels arranged there. I changed quickly, before putting on my robe to get hair and makeup done.

"Okay! We're done! Kenna and Cara, you may leave. " Roger, our photographer instructed. We obeyed as we quickly ran into our respective closets to change.

Once we were out, I was all natural with a tanktop and short. Unlike Cara, who has a floral flowy.dress hanging right below her hips.

"Girl. Stop being perfect!" I joked.

Cara laughed as she slung an arm across my shoulders.

"You're perfect too, Ken. Hey, wanna grab coffee?" she offered, a smile never leaving her face.

"Wait."

We turned around to see Ellie there with a fake smile on her face..

"Ken, I have exciting news for you," she said, putting on a fake grin.

"O..kay?"

"Sorry Cara, she has to leave that offer," Ellie said blankly as she tugged my hand along.

"What is it?" I asked, clearly not understanding her mood today.

"Well. Like I told you. Me and Zayn's sister are frie-"

"You mean Zayn Malik?" I exclaimed.

"Y-yeah. Him. So she told me he was um single now so um we'd like to erm introduce you guys to each oth- *coughs* er- i mean other." she faked a smile again.

"Why are you faking your smile?" I asked bluntly.

"Me? N-no no I'm not," she stuttered before continuing, "Now come on, lets meet the lucky guy!"
