Chapter 1:

years later...

Aquas P.O.V

Here we are again just me and Sandy floating on your backs just like the otters we use to play with when we were smaller. Just like any other day we're just gazing up at the blue endless sky hiding behind the gap under the cliff that's protected by a magical barrier we set up. So that no human can see us. " Gahh this is so boring." I complained to Sandy swimming up to a rock and pushed myself up to sit on it.

"when is he gonna come?" He meaning the surfer that always comes to surf at this time and his fans that usually scream his name. which if your wondering his name is Eric and who is also my adorable little sister's crush.

"Oh stop complaining so much Aqua your not seven years old for crying out loud your seventeen" Sandy replied with a hint of annoyance.

" Well stop acting like your so mature because i'm not the one looking for him like crazy." I gave her a sly look. She blushed a bit and frowned at me. " Shut up ."

"Awe poor Sandy suffering through her sixteen year old hormones." I laughed. After that I lost my balance and fell in the water due to Sandy pushing me . "Okay I deserved that " I pushed myself up on the rock again. "You don't say" Sandy said sarcastically.

We look at each other and burst out laughing . Until we heard screaming which got our attention toward the ocean. I spotted a figure swimming toward the ocean's openness. "Look Sandy it's Eric." I pointed toward the figure.

"Yay Finally " she cheered. I looked again and in closer observation this time he wasn't alone he was with another guy probably around his age like dark brown hair and colored eyes. " Are ready to surf against me Saf?" he asked him as they were approaching where we where.

"yeah your on dude." The guy named Saf replied smiling . As they were about to past us to reach the best place to catch waves Saf look at the place we were at and it looked as if he was staring right at us. "That's so weird" Sandy said. "What is?" I turn to look at her .

"It kind of looked like the new guy could see us or was it just me." I looked back to see they were patiently waiting for the waves to come in. "It looked like it but it couldn't be we where under the protection the barrier ."

As their fans screams died down one by with the setting sun it was just us watching them surf. I'm not gonna lie they were pretty good because they weren't falling off there surfboards easily. "I think it's about time we head home Aqua." I just kept staring at Saf intently.

Sandy P.O.V

"Aqua" I called to my sister. Apparently the new guy was more interesting then my voice. So if she can't hear me I'll just scream her name louder near her ear.

"AQUAAAAAAA!" I yelled as loud as I could. To that she reacted by covered her ears. She looked pissed " Sandy the barrier isn't sound proof." As she turn to give her attention to where the guys where at and I followed . To my surprise she was right the guys where looking around by my guess trying to find where the voice came from.

" Sorry Aqua." I said as I slid back into the water . "It's just that it's time for us to go head back."she exhaled and slid into the water. " You do know you could've just shoved me  into the water like you did earlier." I turned red in embaressment. " UHH I kind of forgot."

"Well whatever let's go" she dived underwater. We swam into the entrance to the underwater maze like cave. We found this cave when aqua was ten years old and I was nine.

Like any other time we were late our father sent out our dolphins to look for us. They were waiting patiently for us. " Hey Shelly." I patted my her head. Aqua greeted her dolphin Blu with a kiss to her forehead. "Let's head home "Aqua grabbed onto Blu's dorsal fin and sat on top of her . I got on Shelly's back too"YEA today was a weird day." The dolphins started to swim toward the direction of the kingdom. " I'll say " Aqua agreed.

As we arrived at the palace we swam close to the throne room to peek if father was there and no surprise he was but was talking to the political officials. "okay let's swim slowly so daddy wont see us." Aqua said. So we did and we were half way to the other side.

Until a shadow cover us and we froze a pair of hands landed on top of our shoulders we gulped and turn to see a pair of eyes looking down on us.
