alexia’s pov

  I ran into the loo. I bent down tords the toilet. Blood flowed from my mouth. I herd someone come in.  I tried to get up but I hit my head on the toilet. I felt my eye lides getting heavy. Then everything went black.

  My eyes opened. I was in a room it was white like every thing white. I looked at the chair next to the bed i was in. Danny was siting on it with bailey siting on top of her. Danny has all ways been lake a mother to her.

  I saw her eyes open. bailey rushed to my side. “Alexia oh my God how are you feeling?” she asked. I could see that she was scared just by looking into her eyes. “i feel fine don’t worry i’m fine can we go home now?” Wow i sounded really horse. “I will go get the doctor for you.” Danny said looking at me smileing and getting up. Bailey stayed right by my side the whole time. i smiled ‘at least i know she loves me’ i thought to my self.

  The doctor walked in. He smiled when he saw i was awake. “Miss. Edwards well we have to do some tests then we can let you go home.........depending on what the tests results are.” i frowned when he said “depending”. He smiled and walked out and came in with a needle and cotten stick thing.

   He said to open my mouth. I did he put the cotten stick thing in put some of my spit on it then set it in a bag. Then he look needle and told me to put my arm out. I did he put the needle in my arm. It sorta hurt then i saw the blood go to the tube. Thats when i started to gag. He took the needle out and smiled and said it would be 15 min. till he gets the results.

  “This is the longest 15 min. of my life.” i said grabing a pillow and shuving it in my face. i lifted my face from the pillow. “what if something is wrong with me.” Danny looked at me like a was crazy. She was about to say something but the doctor walked in. All eyes on him.

  “Well Miss. Edwards we have some bad news and some good news,” i nodded, “well mostly bad news. The good news goes with the bad news so i will say the bad news first. Alexia your dyeing theres no way to save you i’m sorry,” i felt the tears coming into my eyes, “The good news is that you have 2 years to live your life.” i saw Bailey drop to the floor in tears Danny in tears to but trying to hold them back.

   I got out of my hospitl bed and got down on the floor with Bay. i said through tears. “Bay are you lisening to me.” she nodded. “ok well there is a secret i haven’t told you. Well mom died of the same thing that i am right now and when i was born they said that you will not get it because you are more like dad. They said that i will get it when i’m older i was just hoping not this soon. I’m so sorry but mom told me when she died that we had to go live with dad but i am not going to america so we just stayed here. I can promess you this we will have so much fun these next 2 years ok.” she just nodded.

   The nerse walked in. “your clothes are in the loo love so you can get changed check out and be on your way.” i just nodded and got my clothes on and did what she said.

   The way home was really short and still. No one talked it was really boring. so when i got home i went to bed.

   *BANG.* i hurd a big smash coming from baileys room. i ran into her room. when i looked at her she had blood running down her arm and a lamp broken and a peice of glass in her hand. i ran up to her and took the glass out of her hand. “What the hell do you think you are doing Bailey Marie Edwards.” I yelled holding up the glass in her face. “I don’t know I wasn’t thinking I was just felt so lonely knowing that soon you wont be here with me. It will just be me and Danny and i want you here Al i want you here.” i said crying when she said that last part.

  I sat on the bed with her and held her close. “look i did the same thing when i found out about mom don’t worry we all go through this at one point.” she fell on my lap and feel asleep.
