Alex's POV
I woke up and looked around, not remembering where I was. Then I remembered, I accidentally went to Death City and now I am at Kidd's. Like usual, Scarlet was already up making breakfast in the kitchen. I decided to look around and explore until Scarlet called us in for breakfast. I walked into a hallway, and looked at the last door, that had two handles, 'sigh', perfect symmetry. Kidd just... just... just wow. I walked to the door, and opened it. I was meet with a beautiful black and white room. Directly across from me, there was a black bed, that looked positively comfortable. I looked right where there was a door that had a big 8 on it, wow, I am in Kidd's room. I walked up to the 8 door, and I was in too much surprise to listen to what was going on in there. I opened the door, to let out a ton of steam. My eyes adjusted and I could see Kidd's figure in the shower, washing the shampoo from his hair. I stood frozen from shock at the size of his...uh...legs. Yep, that is what i was going to say. They were long and...yeah. I tapped into his mind, and 'read' his thoughts. He was thinking, 'What is she? She can't be human, meister, or weapon with powers like that. She knew I was coming when I found her, so one of them must have soul presence, or something.' 'Or just really good hearing. Geez.' I thought in my head. Kidd looked up and turned to me, his eyes wide. I had just said that in his mind. FUCK!!!! With all the power I could muster I ran. I ran so fast that everything was a blur. I found myself in the kitchen within a second. "SCARLET!!" I yelled. "What?" She said back, calmly. "LOOK INTO MY MOST RECENT MEMORY,NOW!!" I practically screamed. After a second her face was a good shade of pink. "He saw you!!" she whisper/screamed. "Please,please,PLEASE erase that memory from his brain! I know you can!!" "Fine." We trudged up to Kidd's room and knocked on his door. I quickly saw a shadow that a cabinet had cast and hid in it. Thank you, Shadowmagic! After a second the door opened to a fully dressed Kidd with wet hair. I will never look at him the same way EVER again! "Oh, hello Scarlet, what can I help you with?" He asked, politely. Scarlet read Kidd's mind and saw that he was thinking about...'it'. She turned a light shade of pink and quickly blow a pinch of green dust in his face. I quickly read his mind. The memory was gone. I inwardly sighed. I ran down stairs and went to the sitting room. I waited for Scarlet for a second before she appeared in a flash of light. I smiled brightly and hugged her. "Oh my god, thank you thank you THANK YOU!" I said over and over again. "It's fine." Scarlet said back, nonchalantly. "Are you girls ready to go to the DWMA?" Kidd asked suddenly, making both of us jump. We both nodded our heads and followed Kidd out the door and down the sidewalk. When we had come to the dreaded stairs of the DWMA. Scarlet and I both exchanged looks and took off our jackets, expanding our wings and shook them out, ready for take-off. We were about to go when Kidd gently grabbed the top of one of my wings. He stoked my feathers downwards, making me shiver. When he noticed what he was doing he quickly retracted his hand from my wing and summoned his famous skateboard, Beelzebub, and took off, up the stairs. I had just reached the top of the stairs when I felt my ears bleed from how loud a certain blue haired meister was yelling, "YAHOO!!! I WASN'T EXPECTING ANY NEW VICTIMS TODAY! WELL I WAS READY TO WHIP THEM INTO A RIGHT MIND!!! I WILL SURPASS THE GODS AND BECAUSE THEY ARE WEIRD I WILL DEFEAT THEM!!! YAHOO!!!" 'Shit. Black*Star' I quickly thought to Scarlet. 'Ugg. Almost nobody likes him.' She thought back. There was a thundering noise when Black*Star hit the ground, with his fists raised, ready to fight. I turned, to block the cloud of dust when I heard Black*Star punch something. "Oww!!!" Scarlet was crying, and she turned to me, saying, "He punched me!"
