'' I wonder how is life up there?'' Eleanor always thought so. After all, since Eleanor was born, she never saw the sun, moon, trees, oceans, animals, plants, or any other natural thing. She always heard her mother talking about birds flying over oceans catching fish, but she was never able to imagine it. You can't blame her. All the children Eleanor's age got the same fate. Actually, it wasn't their fault. They were born during wars, so people who refused to take sides built their own shelter and called it The Survivors' Base. It was an underground shelter where everything there was artificial. Eleanor called the Survivors' Base the Dungeon. She supported that saying, "what do we call a closed place under the ground with gloomy people?''. Because of the fear the Survivors' Base citizens lived in, everybody was gloomy, sad, ferocious, and angry. You would rarely see anybody smiling there. Gladly, Eleanor did make some friends. Her best friend was a seven-year old girl called Emmy. Eleanor liked Emmy's brother, too; a fifteen-year old teenager named Alex. Other children liked Eleanor since she was the only optimistic, happy, and smiling girl.

Today, Eleanor planned a meeting in Alex's, Emmy's, and her secret base.
