Lord help me make it through the day.
In everything, that may come my way.
Lord help me stand strong.

So I can stand with you one day.
Please be my Guiding light.
And let it shine real bright.
So I can find my way.
Please don't pass me by.
For I really do try.
Help me grab hold of my life.
And help me fly.
Help me rise above whatever comes my way.
Lord help me be what I am to be.
Help me be what you ask of me.
Lord Please don't give up on me.
For I am trying to be what you ask of me.
Lord help me to remember that things aren't always what they seem.
And help me to remember that I can always get through whatever comes my way.
Lord help me to remember not to turn my back on those in need.
And to Help them in any way I can.
And Lord, help me to be a friend.
