1. Go to up close to someone random and whisper, "I watch you when you sleep."
2. Stare at someone while they're doing something.
3. Lick your lips at a woman or a man and say "I like to eat vanilla ice cream"
4. Throw tomatoes at them and yell, "I COMMAND YOU TO TASTE THE TOMATOOOO"
5. Wear clothes under your clothes and hug random people and whisper in their ear, "Do you like giving fat hugs too?"
6. Run around people and make airplane noises.
7. Tell people you're secretly Batman's lover.
8. Scream "GIVE MEH A HUG MELVIN" in human being's ears.
9. Give random people fake money and say, "for donation... Y'all thirsty faggots."
10. Call someone a 'hulk eater, vanilla licking, kissing Zack Morris, eat my crap' person and then hug them.
11. Give them one skittle.
12. Give them a handshake and say, "Welcome to China."
13. Give someone a hug.
14. Yell "I LOVE TO SUCK ON LOLLIPOPS" in someone's ear
15. Run their back and whisper," it's ok Jack... It's ok."
16. Keep calling them Queen Elizabeth The First, until they get pissed.
A/N: I did this on my phone. Anyways, I did this to people I DIDN'T know and it totally worked!!! Now every time I see them again I'm all like, "Hello mammoth. Remember when I met you that one day?" And they just walk away because I annoyed them that one specific day. THEIR FACES WERE PRICELESS!!!!
