~Andy's POV~

I was walking down the school halls one morning. The usual morning that consisted of name calling, blades being thrown at me while people screamed emo (like being emo is a insult), and getting pushed around in the halls. I must have zoned out because the next thing I knew I was on the floor with a beautiful girl a half a foot away from me. "Hey are you alright?" She asked while standing up and dusting herself off. I kinds just sat there not sure what to do. She held out her hand to help me up which is the best way anyone has ever treated me in school. "Are you okay? I wasn't paying attention. I'm really sorry." She rambled on. I was shocked. Yep this is DEFINITELY the best way anyone has ever treated me in this hell hole I call school. I kinda laughed and said " It's alright I wasn't either. What's your name?" I wanted to know the name of this beautiful girl standing in front of me. "(Y/N), what's yours?" "Andy" I said simply. "I'm guessing your new." I stated. "Yeah, how did you know?" (Y/N) asked like she already knew the answer. "I know because you haven't called me a single mean name yet." She was definitely surprised at my answer but what I said was the truth. "Why would I do that? You seem really cool." "Thank you, do you have your class schedule and if you do can I have a look at it?" I asked. "Sure" she said as she handed the slip of paper. I looked at the schedule very carefully.
A large smile grew on my face as I was looking over the paper. "You're in all of my classes" I stated while looking happier then ever. "YAAY" she said excitedly. The bell sounded off and I lead (Y/N) to our first period. Of course on our way to the class Kylie the head cheerleader stepped in front of us. "Look the emo fag finally got a friend" she said referring to me. I couldn't muster the courage to say anything back. I looked over to (Y/N). If looks could kill, Kylie would have a gunshot through her face. (Y/N)'s fist flew straight into Kylie's face. It's not a bullet but it's better than nothing. I grabbed (Y/N)'s hand and quickly ran to our class."Why did you do that?!?"  I quietly yelled at her. "I was standing up for you!" She quietly yelled back. "Thank you for that, but you need to know she will come after you." I thanked and warned (Y/N). "I don't care. She annoyed me and hurt you. Therefore she desevered it. I would gladly do it again too." When she was done talking the teacher walked into the class as if on que. "All right everyone settle down." Then the teacher saw (Y/N). "It looks like we have a new student." Everyone in the room started to murmur rude comments and where already starting rumors. But one I heard the clearest was the one that came from two girls in front of me. To my surprise it was actually a nice comment. "Nina, do you think we should talk to her. She looks really nice and friendly." "Yeah, I think so too." I accidentally tuned in to their conversation and stopped paying attention to anything else. I was snapped out of my eves dropping when I heard my from at the front of the room. "Have a seat next to Andy." Mr. Bostwick said to (Y/N). She smiled at me and sat in the normally empty seat. "Okay class now that we have that settled. Let's get to work."
