**********

Mark sat on the floor in front of the window. The blue skies were glittered with twinkling stars. He sat Indian style hunched over and twiddled with his socks. The room was cold, the only light that pierced through the darkness was that of the moon's.

"God." He said breathlessly and buried his face into his hands. He tried not to tear up but his feelings got the better of him. He looked up at the stars with a stuffy nose, and placed his hands on the window. His fists clenched together, fingers tearing into his palms and he bared his teeth holding in a cry that was trying to escape his throat. His head hung down low and tears dripped to the floor. Then out of the darkness, he heard a buzz from his bed.

Mark turned around with red raw eyes and sluggishly crawled over to the ringtone. "Sean?" He gasped to himself quickly wiping away tears. "I'm such a mess." Sniffing and smudging his tears on his face he answered in a calmly manner. "Hey..Sean." His voice cracked. "Hey, Mark. Just checking on you, wanted to make sure you were doing ok- also wanted to say, I'm always there for you buddy, I wa-" Mark tried to hide that he was crying, but Sean heard him over the phone.

"I'll be over..."

This made Mark's heart skip a beat. "What??" He said looking at all the snotty tissues that littered his room. "Yeah, I'm coming to LA." Sean's voice was as calm as he could get it. "Y-you don't have to do that. My room's a mess and I'm ju-" he was cut off, "I won't take no for an answer, I'm coming down there, already got my stuff packed." Mark took a second to respond, "O-ok..." "Good, I'll be there as fast as I can." Sean hurried off the phone and headed down to the airport.

The door opened and no one was behind it. Sean spotted Mark in front of him engulfed by the darkness with his black Vneck on with some black boxers and miss-matched socks. He immediately took him into a hug slamming the little muscular guy into his chest. He held him tight and ran his finger up and down his spine. "I'm here now man. It's ok, I'm right here." Mark eventually started sobbing into Sean's shoulder gripping him tight. "That's right, let it all out." He departed the hug and cupped Mark's face into his soft hands. He looked him dead in his eyes with hope. "Your gonna be ok," he swiped the pink hair away from his puffy brown eyes. "I'm here now."

Sean took Mark's hand and lead him to the bed. He flipped the lights on and got a good glimpse of his pink haired friend. His eyes were raw from crying, his nose was red from the tissues, his beard was unkept and his hair was a mess. Sean stepped over some Kleenex boxes and sat next to Mark. "I'm sorry, my room, I-" "N- no, that's totally ok, I understand, well, kind of, my room is never clean." Sean tried to cheer Mark up in any way he could, but not a flicker of changed emotions dared to touch the man's face.

"Look dude. I know your going through some tough times right now, but I'm here with you every step of the way. Right behind you, I got your back." He placed a hand on Mark's exposed leg. "Everything's gonna get better." Mark looked up at Sean with tears dancing in his eyes. He felt a spark he hasn't felt in a while, a small spark of love and friendship. He leaned in a bit and Sean did the same. Their lips joined together forming a new feeling in the air. One of passion and reassurance that things would get better. Mark's heart was beating rapidly and he leaned even more in as he asked for an entrance. Sean let him in.

The little kiss that turned into heated make out session, which ended when both of them were out of breath. They departed. "Whoa, what was that?" Sean said with blinking eyes. "I don't know, but it felt great." Mark's eyes were closed as he leaned in for more. "No, buddy, whoa." Sean lightly pushed Mark back. "Wha- we have sex like every once in a while! And you- you can't take a kiss?" Mark was looking at Sean with lazy eyes. "Are you feeling better?!" Sean chuckled while putting on his biggest smile, and took Mark by the shoulders. "Yeah." He said with a dry, but happy voice. "Good!" Sean hugged him. "Mark?" He said still in a tight hug, "I love you man." Mark warmly smiled.

"I love you too."
