Standing there in shock I let the phone slip from my ear. At that point I didn't know what to do if I should go back and help those girls or call the police for all I know he could be lying just to get me trapped again. But what if he really did have my mother trapped and she needed my help just like those girls? Either way it was a risk I was gonna have to take. I ran out the door back to the place I had escaped from, walking around the building slow looking into every window to make sure he wasn't around. I looked around and found a thick limb just for protection. After circling the building I found the window I had climbed out of before. I looked around once more before climbing in. "Shhh" I silently whispered to the girls who we're still trapped. Once I was in I slid the window back down so it wouldn't be noticeable. Walking over to one of the girls I set the limb down and slowly halfway removed the tape from her mouth. "Is he anywhere around!?" "He just brought in a lady down stairs!!" Her voice whispered. My mom I thought. "Okay which way did he take her?" "That way" she said pointing to her left toward a dim lit hallway. "Okay do you have a cell phone?" "In my back pocket" she says. "Okay I'm going to put this tape back on you, shhh I'll be back" I tell her before grabbing her phone. Using her phone for lighting I grab the limb and walk down the dim lit hallway slowly and cautious making sure he was no where around. I looked in every room that was on that hallway but didn't see anybody. After heading down the stairs very quietly I see a room with a lock on the door I knew that had to be the room my mother was locked in. Thinking of what to do to get it unlocked I feel a presence behind me, but before I could turn around something gets held over my head making it hard to see, breath, or even talk until my body restlessly hits the floor.
