Chapter 1 - The Party

Briar pov
My name is Briar and I am 15, just a normal 15 year old girl who made a great mistake. Life isn't fair sometimes, why me?

Looking down on my fifth test, my worst nightmare was confirmed. My older sister had got pregnant at 17 and she was given just 1 hour to get her stuff and leave. Lucky she had a boyfriend to go to. I have no-one and I'm only 15, what will my parents do to me?

•Flashback•
I texted my best friend, Jessy.
Briar : Hey, I not feeling too great so am not coming to Myles's party tonight. Xo
Jessy: Bri, I know you are fine, you were really excited until you found out that Will was going. Xx
Briar: I just can't face him after what happened. Xo
Jessy: There will be lots of other guys at the party Briar, my brother will be there he can make sure Will doesn't come near you! Xx
Briar: FINE! I will come but my parents will not let me drink tho.. Xo
Jessy: You are staying with me tonight, they will never know 😆 xx
Briar: Good point 😉 see you then xo
Jessy: okay byeeeee xxxx

(At the party)
I arrived at the party, it was very loud and smokey - I don't really like parties but I wanted to please Jessy. Quickly I spotted Jessy and her brother and walked over to them, dodging the drunken teenagers on the way.

As I reached Jessy and her brother, Ben, I realised that they both were already very drunk.

"Hiya Bri", shouted Jessy.
Ben lazily looked at me, his eyes widened as he checked me out.
I had always thought that Ben was weird and quite creepy but tonight I was actually scared of the way he looked at me.

"Briar! HELLO, wake up!" Jessy woke me out of her daze,

"wow, are you okay? You seemed to be in your own little world!"

"Jess don't worry, I'm fine!"

"I'll go get us some drinks so you can start enjoying yourself."

As Jessy left, Ben eyes once again made their way over my body....
