Tom Cruise is an actor that has started in many cool action movies (as well as other genres) like "Maverick" in Top Gun, Ethan in the bad ass Mission Impossible series. (including the latest in August Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation ) He's also played as Jack in Oblivion, Bill Cage in Edge of Tomorrow and a million other movies. (War of the Worlds, Vanilla Sky, The Last Samurai, Eyes Wide Shut, etc.)
And he also played as Steve in The Outsiders!!!! (I read this for a class project it was great. If you haven't read it I suggest you do it's The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton.)
