"Eliodoro is back, the wedding is tomorrow," Dacey yelled.

She completely interrupted the moment Harry and I had there. It kind of pissed me off, but I controlled my impulses like Tatia had instilled in me. More importantly, the wedding. I do not wish to be married, especially not to that scum bag. He's just pure evil and I am not evil. I may have had to sell my soul to Hades, but that does not make me evil like Eliodoro is.

Harry turned his attention back to me and my distraught expression. I knew he would ask if I was okay, so when he opened his mouth to speak I placed my index finger on his lips, instantly silencing him. He stared into my eyes as I reciprocated the gaze before speaking.

"Just kiss me," I spoke, removing my finger from his lips.

He did as I said without the slightest bit of hesitation. Our lips met in a gentle, slow kiss which progressively got rougher. Harry had me pinned to a tree in no time flat, considering our ability to move at the speed of light. The moment our lips parted was short-lived and they were soon reconnected after a breath of desperately needed air. His tongue traced my lips, begging for entrance which I happily allowed. Our lips moved in sync as our tongues battled in a war for dominance. My method of winning seemed to work as Harry gasped, granting me complete access.

"That's not fair," he said pulling back.

"What, this?"

I repeated the motion of my leg going between his thighs, just at the right level. A semi-growling sound came from the back of his throat as he shut his eyes.

"Yes," he forced out.

"You never said there were any rules," I replied, batting my eyelashes innocently.

"Alright, fine then."

Harry's hands grabbed my wrists and brought them above my head on the trunk of the tree, using one hand to pin them there against the bark. His head dipped down to my neck where he left kisses along with teasing nibbles. It wasn't long before he found my sweet spot and an unintended moan left my lips. He smiled against the skin of my neck, continuing working on that area whilst his free hand unbuttoned my shorts.

Just as he unzipped them there was a rather loud ruffling sound in the trees near us. He let go of my wrists and we both looked in the direction of the sound. Our heads whipped round as the sound happened again. This time we saw someone; Eliodoro.

"I keep giving you chances, Callidora, and you're proving to me that you cannot stay away from this useless, entranced boy. Furthermore, I forbid you to see each other any longer. Harrius, if you dare to show up at the ceremony tomorrow you'll be leaving for eternity."

With that said Eliodoro turned and walked away.

"Come along, Callidora, before I take away his ability to do what he wanted to do with you."

My cheeks flushed at realisation of what he meant. Harry scratched the back of his head before nodding me on to follow Eliodoro. Tomorrow was going to be absolutely dreadful.

"Wake up, Callidora, there is much to do," a voice called out, interrupting my peaceful sleep.

As soon as I opened my eyes a white fabric was thrown in my face along with instructions to change quickly from Tatia. Once the dress was on, I was yanked out of the bathroom and forced to sit in a chair by Dacey. Tatia began to tackle my makeup whilst Dacey did the task of fixing my hair for the "big day". It was going to be a big day alright, a big day of living hell.

After they had finished I was instructed to stand up and walk over to the fullbody mirror. I grimaced at the dress; definitely not my taste... Not even my grandma's. The makeup and hair, on the other hand, were pretty good for a limited amount of time.

Tatia handed me a bouquet of flowers and Dacey placed the wedding veil perfectly in my hair. I took in a shaky breath. This was it. Today was the day I would be forever miserable with mr mocho man.

They directed me toward the stairs, but Tatia stopped me at the top. "Remember what I told you in the woods," she whispered.

It all came back to me now and I wasn't as down about the reception about to take place. Then it occurred to me that there was no other man who could possibly be my destiny. Harry and I were forbidden to see each other, plus I still wasn't positive if his feelings were just because of the curse yet. Tatia is wrong. She has to be.

As I descended down the staircase, I saw an unfamiliar male standing before the sliding glass door. He had a tall frame with dark hair and tanner skin than the lads and Dacey had. When my heels clicked against the wooden floorboards the man turned around. His eyes were also a dark brown, almost black, colour. Everything about his being was dark, but he was irresistibly beautiful at the same time.

"Callidora," he said a bit uncertain but nevertheless happy.

"Dad?"

"Callidora, you're so beautiful."

I felt a blush creep up on my cheeks, "Thank you." I walked up to him and he looked me in the eye with intense seriousness.

"Listen to me, Callidora; I know you do not know me well, but you must trust me. You cannot and will not follow through with this marriage. I trust that Tatia has trained you well, yes?"

"Yes, she has. Very well."

"Good. Now, during the precession I'm going to get up to use the bathroom, most likely during the vows. The chairs are made out of wood. When I get inside I want you to break off the chair leg and plunge it into Eliodoro's heart."

"You want me to kill him?"

"If it is too much to ask then-"

"No. No, it's not. I'll do it."

"Good, good. We best be on our way out the door before his suspicions arise."

I nodded in response. My father held out his arm to me and I looped mine through it. He whispered that I would be fine and we walked out the door, down the makeshift aisle. Wedding music played as we slowly approached the "alter". I was let go and I walked up to my platform by Eliodoro, hating being in such close proximity to him.

The priest began to say the holy matrimony and my father got up from his seat. Once he was inside my heart quickened in pace, now was my only chance. I dropped the bouquet and turned to the chair, snapping off the leg and turning toward Eliodoro in less than two seconds. I lurched my arm forward, pointed directly at his heart. This was going to be over!

Well, that's what I thought until he caught the provisional stake and ripped it from my grasp, hurling it into my chest and barely missing my heart. I fell to the ground in incomprehensible pain.

"Worthless bitch," Eliodoro spat before the world around me went black. I knew it; I was going to die there.
