Loving A Hockey Player (Dylan Strome)

I woke up in the morning running late.. I shot out of bed and took my hair out of the braids from last night when I took a shower... I put on light blue skinny jeans with a white PINK pullover hoodie.. I throw on chestnut uggs did my make up brushed my teeth and ran out the door..

I got to school and right when I walked in the door of my ENGLISH room the bell rang.. Dylan snickered as I sat down and I stuck my tongue out at him.. Connor hugged me and I smiled at him "hey babe" I joked.. "Hey babe" he said and we laughed dylan just sat there quietly..

The class began and it was so boring all she did was talk about punctuation.. a few classes later it was study hall so me and Dylan just sat there talking.. "We have to go check out this city sometime" he says and I smile "That would be great! But first I need to see this mall!" I say and he laughs

"Wanna go after school since we don't have practice today?" he says and I nod.. "Okay I will pick you up from your house around 5.." he says and I smile and hug him "Thanks babe" I say and he smiles "your welcome Princess" he says and my heart jumps..

-- Later on that day--

I drove home only to find my dad on the couch watching tv.. "Hey dad" I said plopping down on the couch "Hey pumpkin how was school?" he asks and I shrug my shoulders "Eh it's school" I say and he laughs

"Your brother called me and said he was coming to visit on the second week of break.." my dads says and I nod "Yeah he asked me to see if it was okay with you.." I said and he nods.. "Any plans?" he asks

"Oh yeah Imma go up stairs and do some of my homework and then me and a friend are going to the mall." I say and he nods "Tomorrow otters have a game but wensday I want us to go out for dinner.. okay?" he says and I nod "Wendsday right!" I say and then run up stairs..

Once in my room I pull out my home work for about an hour before the door
bell rings I grab my phone my keys and my purse and run down the stairs.. I open the door and there dylan is giving me is signature smirk.. I shut and locked the door before we started to walk to the car but dylan stops and raises and eyebrow at me "What?" I ask and he laughs "Where's my hug?" he asks and I smile

I walk over to him and he opens his arms which a walk into and wrap my arms around his stomach.. "Hey princess.." he murmurs as he buries his face in my neck "Hey Dylan.." I say and hug him tighter not wanting to ever let go.. Once we separated I got into the front seat of Dylan's car.. I am so used to being with him..

Dylan has an aux cord connected to his radio so I plug in my phone and play some pandora.. "Dylan we got to get turnt up!" I say and he laughs "Drunk in love" by Rihanna comes on "Baby I want you.. woke up in the kitchen saying how the hell did this shit happen, ooh baby.. drunk in love... baby all night whooaahh..." I sing and dylan looks at me with his jaw drops

"What?" I say and he smiles "Your a really good singer!" he says and I shake "Drunk in lovvee... we be all night whooaahh.." I sing and smile at dylan..
"Can't feel my face" comes on and me and Dylan sing scream the lyrics and blast the song "I can't fell my face when I'm with you, but I love it but I love it... and I know she'll be the death of me.. she told me don't worry about it.. I can't feel my face when I'm with you but I love it but I love it Ohhh" we sing and dance and laugh all the way to the mall..

Once we got out of the car dylan grabbed my hand which I didn't mind and we walked into the mall.. "Where you wanna go first babe?" he asks and I laugh "Hollister" I say and he nods and starts walking in the direction of the store..

We walk in and I am over whelmed with the scent of the store.. "Watcha need in this store?" he asks and I shake my head at him "Hoodies I want lots of hoodies and long sleeves, along with jeans.." I say and he nods following me over to the jeans where I pick out a few pairs along with 2 hoodies and 3 long sleeve shirts.. Once I pay I hand the bag to Dylan.. He laughs and laces his free hand in between mine..

We walk out of the store and Dylan and I stop dead in our tracks when we see his foods partner Amy and her best friend Kelly. She sees us and her jaw drops.. He wraps his arm around me and leans down and kisses my cheek.. I smile at him and he smirks at me.. "Where to next princess?" he asks so that the girls can here "Pink and Victoria Secret.." I say and we walk into the store I drag him to where the hoodies and the long sleeves are..

"Okay tell me if you like them when I hold them up.." I say and he nods as I grab a Grey pullover hoodie and he nods.. I toss it at him and he catches it easily I grab a black zip up with white writing and he smiles and nods.. I also throw that at him once I got through all the sweaters and shirts there was like 10 that he likes so I'm getting.. then I walked to the legging area and picked out 3 black, and two grey with some different designs around the ankle that were cute.. I then dragged him into Victoria secret were he stood there awkwardly as I picked out underwear and bras.. Once all good and paid for in this store Dylan walked out carrying 3 huge PINK bags..

We walked into a shoe store which I was grateful for.. I got a new pair of knitted Greg uggs along with a black pair.. I also got a new pair of Nike gym shoes, a nice brown pair of chat boots, a new pair of black converse, and a cute pair of legwarmers to go with the combat boots.. We walked into bath and body works and by this time Dylan's arms were full.. I picked out some new body mists and lotions.. I took some of the bags from dylan and we walked back to his car.. We walked around to the truck and put the bags in.. He shut the door to his car and put one of his hands on the car and my back was leaning against it..

I looked into his eyes and smiled "Ok.. Taylor ever since I meet you, your all I think about.. you like hockey, your smart, your beautiful, Taylor your perfect.. I guess what I am trying to ask is uhm Will you be my girlfriend?" he says and I smile and nod.. "Of course.." I say and he smiles and hugs me..

"Wanna go to my house and watch a movie?" I ask and he nods we drive back to my house and open the front door to see my dad is on the couch watching tv.. "Hey pumpkin, hey dylan!" he says and I smile at him "Hey dad we are going to watch a movie" I say and run up stairs with dylan right behind me.. once in my room dylan drops all the bags and I laugh..

I go into the bathroom and change into a pair of spandex and a light blue tank top.. I throw my hair up in a messy bun and walk out of the bathroom to see dylan already under my covers and picking out a movie.. I crawled in my bed and rested my head on Dylan's chest as he wraps his arm around my shoulders he picked 21 jump street.. I a Smiled this movie never gets old.. Before Ik it my eyes started to close but just before I fell asleep I heard "Goodnight princess.." dylan said and he kissed my forehead...
