I cannot say exactly why this song captivates me so much but I think I know when it did. I was on YouTube watching fan made trailers for my absolute most favorite romance book "The Summer I Turned Pretty" by Jenny Han (if you like romance you should definitely check them out) and I came across this one (video will be posted here). If you watch 0:54-0:56 it absolutely captivates me. Now this trailer is not professional and these are ordinary kids and it may have been a fluke how the song, sun, and dancing all teamed up but it seemed, breathtaking. I want a breathtaking song for this chapter since it's that exciting moment where they FINALLY kiss! I feel confident that if this book were to be made into a movie it would be a great song to have for this scene.
