Taehyung POV
I had broken up with Hoseok. It was the worst feeling ever. I sat in the bathroom, crying my eyes out. "TaeTae, can we please talk it out, I'm sorry for what's been happening." I heard Hoseok out the door.I didn't speak a word, I tried my best to keep silent so he wouldn't hear me. I just needed a break. A huge one. He kept calling me, but I wouldn't answer. He also tried opening the door. I just sat, not making a noise, unless he heard me crying...
"TaeTae... I can hear you, just know that I'm here for you no matter how hard it may seem..." He said. "You promised you'd be here for me, but is doing this really what you would call 'there for me'?" He asked.
Five minutes of complete silence passed, and I got up heading out the bathroom. I could still feel the tear stains on my cheek.
Hoseok wasn't in the room. I left the room and saw Jungkook, "Hey maknae." I said to him.
"Why was Hobie hyung crying?" He asked without greeting back.
"What do you mean?" I tilted my head.
"Don't play dumb, he just left the room, no, the dorm, crying. What happened?" He asked. Wow, he really cares about his hyungs.
"Just a break up, that's all." I tried to play it off cool, but I don't think it worked well, I wanted to burst out crying when I said that.
Apparently Jungkook could tell, too. "Stop faking it, if that happened to Jin and I, I don't know what I would do...it hurts just thinking about it." He said to me. "Why did you guys break up anyway?" He added on.
"I had to, the reason I got sick was because of all the stress this scandal was causing." I told him what I had thought to be the truth.
"But now won't you be stressed for another reason?" Jungkook asked me.
"What do you mean?" I didn't understand.
"Well... Telling you now might stress you out even more now... So I'll let you wait and find out by yourself." After saying that, he walked off, letting me think of what he meant. What did the golden maknae even mean?
Hoseok's POV
I went straight out of the dorm an hour ago with tears falling down my face. I just went and called Hyun Hye for her to meet me.Now, I'm at the park, waiting for her."Oppa! I'm here, sorry I kept you waiting, I was busy." She said as she ran up to me.
"Don't 'Oppa' me." I said harshly to her. I was pissed off.
"But didn't you call me here because you wanted to get back together?" She asked me.
I rolled my eyes, "Have you turned into one of your fans, thinking ridiculous things like that?"
"I'll always be a fan of my self." She said, smiling. "So, why did you call me here if you didn't want to get back together?" Hyun Hye asked.
"I want you to end our scandal." I told her, I really wanted Taehyung back, but this scandal was hurting her.
"End our scandal...?" She paused for a while like she was thinking, "Okay, I have a radio show after this, I'll end it there." She said, smiling.
I blinked my eyes. Was it really that easy?
"Well, I'll go now, bye bye Oppa!" She then ran off.
Something felt weird, though. Why did she agree so easily?
Taehyung's POV
Hoseok finally came home, but I wasn't expecting it so he caught me in the living room when I was sitting down, watching tv."TaeTae! Turn on this radio station, I have a surprise for you!" He seemed like nothing ever happened as he turned on the radio we had to listen to our own radio shows.
"Why?" I asked, suspicious, until I heard Hyun Hye's voice.
"Well, I have to tell the truth about what I said about Jhope." Hyun Hye said. The truth? What?
"Ooh~ What would that be?" The host asked.
"Well, Jhope doesn't want me back at all... I made him say that at the radio show he announced it in agreement of something." She admitted. Wait, why would Hoseok get excited to show me that our lives are about to get even harder?
"Wait, what is she doing??" Hoseok asked. He seemed surprised himself.
"The truth is, Jhope does like someone else, who's not like me at all." Hyun Hye said. "In fact, he's dating him now." She added on.
"Him??" The host seemed surprised.
"What the hell? We didn't agree on this!" Hoseok seemed upset and took out his phone, probably texting Hyun Hye telling her to shut up.
But Hyun Hye didn't see it or didn't care and I could tell because of the next thing she said.
"Jhope is dating V from Bangtan Boys." She said bluntly. "They're pretty in love too." She added. "By the way, Oppa... If you are listening to this, I'd told you that I'd end OUR scandal. That's exactly what I did."
Right then, Hoseok shut off the radio. "I'm such an idiot thinking that it'd be over this quickly and now I just made it worst for you TaeTae..." He said.
"You really did..." I said, but I know I wouldn't be able to do this by myself. Jungkook was right about being stressed about something else.
When I was sitting in the living room, I kept thinking about what if the scandal never ended.
"I'm sorry, Hobie Hyung..." I said to him.
"About what? This is my fault... I really meant to make it easier for you. I'm the one who's sorry." Hoseok told me.
"Not about that, about breaking up with you... Hobie Hyung, I know this scandal is about us being together, but I won't be able to get through the scandal alone." I told him.
"What are you saying, TaeTae?" He asked, tilting his head.
"I'm saying that I want you back, is that ok?" I asked.
He nodded, "I'm here for you, we'll get through this scandal together." He said while hugging me all of sudden.
I nodded too, I started crying on his shoulder, this scandal was scarier than the last, for both Hobie hyung and I.
