Although I try to resist, I still want it all
Only fools fall for you
Only fools************************
First day jitters. Strange. Hermione had never had them before. It was my seventh year at Hogworts and not once had she been scared, not even in her first year.
But this year is different. She could feel it. But she couldn't be worrying. She was head girl this year, and needed to pretend that she actually was sane and not going crazy for all the first years.
As she walked past a nervous group of first year Ravenclaws, she noticed the look of complete and utter horror that was bestowed on their faces, like there had just faced their boggots.
Surely they can't be that scared on there first day. She looked around, trying to find the source of terror when her eyes landed on it. Not it. Him.
Harry Potter.
Harry Potter, she thought to herself again.
"Come on first years, the common room is this way."
She tried to distract herself from him by trying to direct all the first years, but she couldn't. Oh but how she wished she could. Harry Potter. Tall. Handsome. Slytherin. And a total arse. Shattered her best friend Ginny's heart into a million pieces last year, and left her to deal with all the pieces. Not to mention the fact that he tried to smog Hermiome. And the worst thing is that she had almost let him.
Harry Potter seems to have a reputation around the wizard world then. Rumors have been swirling around that he and his group of so called "friends" have been dabbling around with dark magic, trying to start a war.
Like Harry Potter is smart enough to start a war, she thought to herself.
Once she had finished up sorting out the first years, she rushed up to her dorm, passing her ex-boyfriend Josh, who raked his eyes up and down her body and winked at her. Hermione, after causally flipping Josh the finger, carried on her way down to her dorms, excited to see her friends after a summer apart. She arrived to find Luna Lovegood and Ginny Weasley unpacking their trunks, already in deep conversation.
"He has such a crush on Heromine though, and they haven't even met each other before......" Luna trails off the conversation with Ginny when she realized that she had returned.
"Oh hey Hermione," Luna starts off, looking over a Ginny for help. " We were just-"
"Talking." Ginny said, interrupting Luna, looking nervous.
"Yeh, okay. Just grabbing some books." Flashing an easy but fake smile, one that Hermione had to use way more than she wanted to. She was use to it. They were always keeping secrets.
"Will we be doing lunch?" Ginny ask. "Yah," she said back, "I'll see you guys there."

Making his way down to the Gryfindor common room, Ron Weasley was in deep thought. He was in thought about what was known to be the most cliché thought a sixteen year old boy could possibly have. He was thinking about a girl. But not just any girl.
Hermione.
Angel can't discribe how stunningly attractive she is, with her bushy golden hair and small, delicate brown eyes. The only problem was she didn't even know who he was. Like really, if your sister is best friends with the girl you're in love with, obviously you had to have had a conversation at leased once with the girl right? But no. Not even that could help him.
