Spotlight - A Big Time Rush Fanfic

Hey! So this is my like 4th fan fiction story but my first one on wattpad. So I’m not sure if it’s bad or good but I do love the dog I put in this chapter. Tell me what you think! :)

Addy took in a deep breath before parking her car in the palm woods parking lot. Her sister who was sitting in the passenger seat couldn’t be happier but then again she just got signed to a record deal and moved from Ohio to LA. Addyson was just there to make sure her sister didn’t go too crazy and let the Hollywood thing go to her head. “We’re here!” cheered Cassie, her sister loudly from the seat beside her. Addy jumped at the car and retrived her luggage from the back of the car while Cassie did the same. “Aren’t you excited?” Cassie teased tapping Addy’s nose with her pointer finger. “Easy to say when you’re the superstar and not the intern. “ Addy muttered under her breath grabbing the rest of her stuff.

By the time Addy had reached the lobby with her things(and things Cassie refused to carry), Cassie was already standing with their two apartment keys. “Suite 3K” Cassie informed handing Addy her key. Cassie strutted to the elevator with Addy falling at her heels as she was carrying most of the stuff. When the two got into their suite they realised it was pretty basic, two bedrooms, a living room, spare room, kitchen and or slash dining room. Cassie ran to the biggest looking bedroom shouting “Call it!” as she went inside. Addy shrugged and dropped Cas’s luggage and went to the remaining room. The walls were painted a lilac-y purple colour, the floor was a beige carpet and there was a few pieces of basic furniture. Addy dropped all her things on the floor and felt in instant weight taken off her muscles. Tired from carrying her stuff, Addy dropped on the bed and closed her eyes to be interrupted by her phone ringing with a text.

The text was from her new bosses’ assistant Kelly saying that she needed herself and Cassie down at the studio right away so Cassie could record and Addy could do Intern like things. Addy groaned and walked to her sisters room where Cassie was sitting on the end of her bed texting. “C’mon princess, we need to go down to the studio.” Addy said grabbing her car keys. Cassie and Addy made their way out the door and headed for Rocque records where their day was about to unfold.

When they arrived Cassie and Addy were both waiting for Gustavo to tell them what to do. “Dogette, I want you to stay and record some songs for me while Intern goes and finds the dogs. They’re somewhere in this studio and I can’t be bothered finding them.” Said Gustavo swirling round in a large spinning chair petting a dog wearing a fedora hat. “Now!” He demanded. “Ok, but can I ask something first?” questioned Addy.

“What?” Gustavo said impatiently.

“What’s up with the dog?” Addy asked while Cassie asked “And why’s it wearing a hat?”

“This is my dog, Fedora dog, and I know what you’re thinking and yes it’s names Fedora Dog. He enjoys wearing Fedoras and likes partying on Tuesdays ok!” Gustavo explained rather loudly.

Addy shrugged her shoulders satisfied in the answer and gave the peace sign with her hands to Gustavo walking out to find his dogs.

SLAM!

Addy was knocked over by a figure and was now getting crushed by they’re weight. They soon got off of her and up and Addy followed the action. “Sorry about that” A male voice said.

“It’s nothing” said Addy looking up and seeing a pair of hazel eyes looking down at her.

“I’m James, James Diamond” He said flashing a smile at Addy.

“Addyson Birch but everyone calls me Addy” The raven haired girl said locking eyes with James.

“Addy, I like that” said James smiling once again.

“Thanks” Addy said blushing a bit.

Kelly then walked into the hall, Perfect time to ruin the moment, “Hey, James could you please go and get the others and then go and see Gustavo and Addy could you please get Gustavo some coffee he’s going a bit crazy” She asked.

“Sure” James said.

“Okay” Addy said walking down the hall secretly wishing to see James again.
