Epilogue:Ryu's first job

Ryu has been living in a cave ever since he was bitten by the vampire Flandre. He knew he couldn't find a worthy opponent while he's a creature of the night. He tried to wait for the sun to come. When he tried to touch the day light, he couldn't feel the burns of the sun radiation. He was expecting for the sun to burn part of his skin, but somehow it didn't.

He still didn't want to leave, knowing that if he made contact, he would kill any or worse eat them for blood. Ryu grew wings that are similar to Flandre's. He then walked out to see the night sky. He looked at the scarlet moon. He felt his powers growing stronger and stronger. But because he was turned, he believes he'll never reach the path of a true warrior.

When he was walking back to the cave, suddenly he felt a spirit near him. He felt someone close to him, very close. It wasn't moving. He stood behind without looking back. He formed words, sounding crackling "I know your here. No use trying to taunt me" Ryu said

Suddenly out of nowhere, a spirit appeared ghostly. She was wearing a blue sorcerer's outfit. She frowned from someone who somehow figured out that she was following him. "How did you even know I was here?" the ghostly spirit asked "I can sense your Ki. It's a ability that helps use to see who's powers are" Ryu explained.

She smiled and placed her hand to her hip, seeming impress "How proactive oh you. We never had something like that in Gensokyo. You really are powerful as they say. To show you my respect, just call me Mima" she stated. She floated around Ryu and laid on a big rock. "What are you here for!?" Ryu asked. Mima looked at him, knowing how handsome. "I got to say, you truly are a great warrior" Mima replied to him

Ryu didn't want to continued talking with her. "Leave me, there's nothing left for me to be a warrior, now that I'm a blood sucker" Ryu said. He walks away from Mima. As she signed, she just kept a look on this man. "well, if your believing that your not a warrior, then maybe your not one. But keep that in mind, you are still a warrior to your belief. It's your choice" She mentioned this to Ryu.

She soon vanished into nothingness. Ryu then thought for a moment to what she said (f your believing that your not a warrior, then maybe your not one. But keep that in mind, you are still a warrior to your belief. It's your choice) Ryu's aura then turned purple. He felt more stronger then ever. He was still the warrior and will continued with a iron fist.

Ryu left the cave and head to the Misty River, then to the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Soon after he saw the gates that would lead to the Scarlet Devil Mansion he landed and walked close. As usual there is the gate keeper sleeping, so he went past her as well as the pillar gates, to the door. as he stood there, he knocked on the door. The door opened and there was Sakuya.

She looked sorry for Ryu. Ryu placed his hand on Sakuya's chin, and made her look at him. "Where is Remilia?" Ryu ask. She pointed to Remilia for Ryu to see her. When he refuse to become a new residence, they were ordered to beat him to the pulp for refusing the mistress to get him to become her bodyguard

Ryu followed Sakuya, leading him to Remilia. She was just sitting on her throne and is noticing that he is here. "Well well well, so you decide to come to me, I see" Said Remilia. "I came back after what happen to me that day. These wings are proof for you. I had nothing left, and realized that I have nothing left for me to continue on my quest to a true warrior, so my only hope is to serve you, M,lady" He said, bowing to her.

Remilia smiled. Now she can will have Ryu as her own. "Very well then, but first, I wish you to experience the taste, the taste that you must drink for your power. Sakuya, bring in some blood" She quoted. "Will do ma,am. Said sakuya doing as she is told and left. Then there was Flandre who walked to Ryu happy to see him again. "Nice to see you again. I was hoping we see each other again" Flandre said in a innocent tone.

Ryu looked at Flandre, the vampire who made him this way, after he battled her. He gave her a smile. He planted his knee to go ground level with her, and patted her. She felt a glee to her face. "To tell you the trust, after I left, I didn't know what I was thinking. I was just so confused. But now I see what I was meant to do for this Mansion" Ryu explained. He then sat back up. He then looked back to his life. He has forgotten what he was told by Meling. As he would remember. He then felt the devil child hugging him. He then smiled to her again, even noticing how he saw her as a monster, but now has seen how cute and sweet she is.

Sakuya soon came back with a cup filled with blood and gave it to Ryu. He drank the blood and felt more faster and more stronger. He then got Flandre to leave his post. He looked to Sakuya with a look that begs for forgiveness. "Ryu i wish for you to forgive me. I had to do what the mistress tells me. It is my duty as a maid" Sakuya explained, trying to get to Ryu's good side. He then have her a 'hmmph' "You have your reasons. All I was is just a stubborn man. But now I made my choice" He said. That made Sakuya happy to see that Ryu still has heart in him.

He turned back to the mistress, and bowed to her "I'll be sure to only swear my allegiance to you, my mistress" Ryu said making Remilia happy to hear him call her that. She giggled then called to her maid. "Sakuya please give our most honored guest a fitting outfit" Remilia ordered to Sakuya. "Very well" Sakuya said. "Ryu... come with me" Ryu did he was told and followed her and went to a room with an old fashioned bed with a old wooden drawer. It even had a closet with some suits. "This is for you sir" Said sakuya giving Ryu a white suit that looks like something that only Dracula would wear. "It's a little to strange, but it does has some fashion to other vampires. I even has your color" Said Sakuya "It will do for now. At last it is a suitable clothing to wear. I guess I'll just keep this for a while until i have some other things to wear" Ryu said.As when he putted them on.

He was willing to wear this white suit. As he got done, dressing into hie new wardrobe, he flapped his crystalized wings and flew to the hall and went to Remilia and sat next to the throne she is sitting in. Is " isn't it wonderful, Ryu?" Remilia asked as she was looking at the red moon with him. "It sure is Remilia...... It sure is" Ryu said as he would look at the moon and at the sky. He would miss those he remembered back on earth. But now Gensyoko is his new home. All there was left was Ryu and Remilia staring at the crimson moon with their eyes glowing red.
