I opened my eyes and looked up and realized I was clenching on to Alec's neck.
"Oh sorry!" I jumped up quickly, or at least tried to. I ended smashing Alec in the chin and falling back down into his lap. Alec started laughing.
"It's not that funny!" I yelled at him. Then I heard giggling from the trees.
"Alec...?"
"Ya, I heard it too."
We sat there in silence trying to figure where it came from.
"Maeve, I don't think we are on Earth anymore." I barely heard Alec say.
That's when I got really scared.

Maeve went from sitting comfortably in my lap to holding onto me for dear life.
"It's going to be okay, we just have to find out where we are." Though, I myself had no idea how we would do this. That's when I notices four winged creatures coming towards us. As they got nearer I realized they were human like, but they had wings.

Winter Steel, Copper Seer, Ember Cleft and I began walking towards them.
"Hehe lucky they arrived at the beginning or they would have been eaten by now!" I giggled.
"You're right Echo!" Ember agreed.
"Come on they need our help." Copper said.
"Geez copper, don't have to be such a goody two shows all the time you know." Winter said.
"You don't always have to be so icy!" Copper retorted.
"Stop it! Both of you. Now let's go." I was really fed up with their bickering.
