On May 16, 1993 Mary Wilson gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. It was the best moment in Mary and her husband Jack's life. She got rushed to the hospital because she was going into labor. Halfway through it she was having pregnancy failures, the umbilical cord got wrapped around Luke's head and it was choking him causing him to quit breathing. They were panicking because he was close to death, but he made it and is living today. He is now very healthy and doing great. His dad is always working on the road but his mom is staying home to take care of him. Luke has an older sister named Jill but she died in a bad car accident. They live in a small town called Zena and there is not very many people that live there. He doesn't know that he lost his sister but Mary and Jack miss her very much. The doctor said his life expectancy will be very short. If he lives longer than we expect he will probably have a learning disability. When they heard the news they started tearing up because they already had a daughter that died they didn't want another one to die.
