Fire Or Ice?

Chapter 2.)- "Come Home."

Lucy P.O.V

I walked and walked, the train station wasn't much further away, thank god. Hurt, rejection and anger still dwelled in my system. I still walked on, refusing to give Natsu and that bitch Lisanna the satisfaction of seeing me crumble. 

Once I reached the train station, I used twenty-five of my precious jewels to buy a train ticket, and borded quickly. For some reason, this train brought back good memorys and bad ones. I clutched the job request form in my right hand and closed my eyes. 

Let the train ride begin.

**Timeskip, after the train ride.** 

I stood in front of the large stone mansion, the courtyard littered with flowers and plants of all types. I sniffed, the scent of lavender filling my nose. I pressed the white doorbell button and waited. Soon enough, a man who I'm guessing is about forty opened the door with a polite smile. 

"Ahh, you must be the Fairy Tail wizard. Nice to meet you, I'm Haro Yuta." He greeted, stepping aside and allowing me to walk through the double doors. He motioned for me to sit down at a small cherrywood tree table, and sat across from me. 

"I'm Lucy Heartfilia, a celestial spirit mage." I said, gently waving while returning his smile from earlier. From then on, we talked about the specifics of the job and what I was being payed 250,000 jewels to do. 

After we finished the talk, I left his house and began my rather long journey to the Acaria jungle. Once again, I was walking. I forced myself not to think about Natsu- and instead thought about Gray and the rest of the team that still cares about me. 

Happy, Gray.. even Erza probably forgot about me. Then again, she was always good at hiding her emotions-

Erza P.O.V

God, why does my chest hurt.. I feel like crying all of the sudden. Lucy  walked out of the guild, tears streaming down her face. She was holding onto a job request like her life depended on it. It was guilt, I let Natsu kick her off of team Natsu even though I knew she would do something crazy..

I debated on whether or not to follow her, but then ultimately decided not too- it wasn't my place. Someone please punch me, I just let a fellow comerade down for my own gain. How could I be so stupid. 

I  saw her get on the same train we were supposed to board to go on a job. Lisanna just won't shutup.. I actually forgot how annoying she can really be. As we boarded and sat down, I watched Gray glare at Lisanna at least four times. 

He looked like he was about to go all Ice-make and make some daggers especially for Lisanna. I watched Natsu and her talk, giggling and leaving Happy out. He then flew and sat next to me.. which is strange. 

This whole time Gray looked like he was going to bust out in tears. He has had a sad aura radiating off of him since yesterday when- well, you already know what happened. 

Then Natsu said something about Lucy being weak, and it set Gray off. He jumped up, his sad aura now replaced with an angry one and said: "HOW DARE YOU CALL HER WEAK! SHE WAS NEVER WEAK BUT YOU ARE TOO FUCKING STUPID TO SEE THAT! EVEN IF SHE ISN'T ON TEAM ASSHOLE, SHE IS STILL YOUR FELLOW NAKAMA!" 

Lisanna and Natsu stood up, a similar angry aura radiating off of the two. I didn't jump in, mainly because I knew Gray was right. Natsu and Gray started arguing, Lisanna putting her two cents in every now and then. I hate to say it but Gray was definetly winning this argument. 

Gray P.O.V 

I can't believe that he just called Lucy weak. As per the usual, me and him got in a argument. This one was deeper than anything though- he just made fun of a fellow Nakama. One thing was seperating this argument from the others though, Lisanna kept saying stuff to me. 

I want so bad just to ice-make her out the window along with flame brain. I have respect for my fellow nakama's though, so I won't. 

This chappy wasn't as long as others, I just wanted to get something out there!
