Chris and Ashley run from the cave back into the woods, Chris is running faster then Ashley, not knowing that he was, Ashley twists her ankle stepping on a rock and Chris didn't hear her scream because all he heard was the howls of 8 different wolfs, and he keeps running until he stops on the edge of a cliff and as he turns around he realizes that Ashley isn't behind him. Chris begin trying to search for Ashley, When Chris starts to run back he hears a scream coming from the right of him and when he got to the location it was to late. Ashley's body was laying decapitated on the ground and Chris is crying and yelling "What do you want!" And it's pure silence. Luckily Chris won't be alone for long as from a distance Angie can hear Chris yelling and Angie yells Chris' name and he hear her and they run to each other covered in blood and both in pain. They ask each other about the others and the break the news that they they didn't make it. Angie thinks that Rick is still down in the hole but little did she know when they got there that he would be torn from limb from limb. Angie starts to yell saying '
" We're going to die here!" And Chris tries to calm her down before the wolfs hear her. The time is currently four fifty three and they continue to run as they run, they can see the cabin and when they see it, they start to run towards it but before they went inside they realized the door was open and then they remembered that Vennessa was still there and they rush into the house looking round for her and as Chris was running, He slips, When he gets up he has something wet on his shirt and when he realized what it was he opens the door to find Vennessa dead, floating in the red water bath tub torn to pieces.
