Drip,drip,drip. I sit in my room on my bench. I am looking out the window watching the rain trickle down. I am waiting for my mum and Dad to get home. My Mum is a nurse at Brighton US Hospitol Service and she loves what she does. Dad is a lawyer and gets pretty high pay. They do there best to spoil me snd make me do there best. One of the the things i sm thankful for is my room. I always want MY SOACE that has all of my favourite things and they made that happen and i am grateful. The only downer really is that....well.... I have a twin. Yep. Her name is Amelia. We are more like best friends. And yes, we share room so there isnt much MY SPACE. I am still sitting at my window waiting for the car to pull in the drive way amd the rain get heaver making more of a thud against the window. I star pt to get worried which happens alot. I start to thing what if they were in a accedent. What if they dont come back. Suddenly Amelia walks in. "Sam stop worrying, they said that they would be late home from work today".
"Hey, how do u now im worrying".
"Sam......I am your twin".
"Oh yeah i forgot" i say flatly.
Amelia sits down beside me and wrapd an arm around me.
"Hey, everything will be ok, you need to get over it, it was 6 years ago" she says with a hint of concern.
"I know but its just...hard".
6 years ago my Brother Dan was in a car accedent and didnt survive. It was very hard and because i am a tomboy we were very close. Then i see Mums car pull down our street and it feels like a huge wieght just lifted of my chest.
"Hey sweetie, how was your day".
My mothers voice is always soft and sweet and i love it.
"Hi, it was fine."
Mum goes into the kitchen and starts chopping pataotos for dinner. I say hi to dad and head back up the stairs to my room where Amelia is sitting on her bed. I go and sit on my bedand start typing away at my phone, checking instagram and facebook. I look at my phone which reads 7:30. I go back downstairs, have my dinner and go back up. Its Sunfay so school is tomorrow so i am planning on am planning on a early night so i strp and jump i. The shower. I let the hot water run over my hair which is blonde and brown at the bottom, Amelia calls it ombrè which means blonde and then fades into brown. It comes down to my waist and i must say, i love it. I try and be fit andi like to think i am fit too but other people may think otherwise. I get out of the showerand get into my long pajama shirt which used to be my brothers who was 18 and i live it because it had the number 18 on it. It comes down to just above my thighs and i jump straight in to bed i check the time 10:30, wow i had a long shower. I go straight to sleep with no trouble waiting to wake up at 6:00am great.
