When I first started Reading books on wattpad, the first thing I noticed was that most chapters on books were dedicated to certain people. At that time I was intrigued by this, so I tried dedicating some of my chapters to people as well. But, at that time I was still new so I didn't know how exactly to dedicate chapters to people. Obviously I know that now, but considering I didn't know that before, I've decided to post a chapter on dedication.
Dedicating chapters is fairly simple. All you really have to do is:
A) Publish your chapter. You can't dedicate a chapter unless the chapter is published.
B) After your chapter is published, click 'edit part' which should be somewhere in the top right-hand corner.
C) Once you've done that, you'll enter the editing screen. In the top right-hand corner, you'll see 3 dots, click them.
D) Then you'll see a bar that says 'Dedication', and next to it, a bar that 'says 'add' click add.
E) Once you've clicked that, a box will pop up, allowing you to type the person of your choice's username.
F) Click 'done' and your done!
