Chapter 4

They arrive at base two hours later. In Pein's office.

Pein: Why is she asleep?

Itachi: Well, I woke her up really early and since she didn't want to get up, I made her a deal. I would carry her here while she slept, if she got up and got ready.

Pein: I see. Take her to your room. When she wakes up, I wish to speak to her.

Itachi: Hai.

In Itachi's room. He puts her on his bed and laid down beside her. He then couldn't resist and started playing with her hair.

Sakura: (waking up) Huh....where am I?

Itachi: In my room at the Akatsuki base. Oh, and leader-sama wishes to speak to you.

Sakura: Ok.

In Pein's office.

Pein: Sakura Haruno, you have decided to accept my offer. Why?

Sakura: (mutters) Ugg..this again. (speaks clearly) Listen, I joined because the Leaf betrayed me. They decided to listen to a red-haired girl, that is jealous of my life. So she spread rumors about me that I "attacked" her for no reason. They believe her and not somebody they have known for 11 years. That's why. I want revenge, and I have it all planed out. So you wanted me to join, why?

Pein: Wow. I wanted you to join because of your abilities. Well...that and we want you to be apart of our family.

Sakura: Ok. But if I'm going to be apart of your family, then you should know a few things about me, that no one but me knows. Those who have found out never lived long to tell. I have every kekki genki. I also have the ten tails. Oh, and I fight with a big axe, that I named it 'Gekido'.

Hidan: You named your axe 'Wrath'?

Sakura: Yep! You got a problem with it? (sadistic smirk)

Hidan: No. But why?

Sakura: Because, Everyone I battle, faces my wrath. Some worse than others.

Sasori: Hello Sakura-chan.

Sakura: Hello Sasori-kun.

Deidara; How are you friends with the person that killed you?!?

Sakura: He is my brother. And I'm the reason he is still alive. So shut up.

Itachi: Is he your real brother? Is he related to you because you have the same parents.

Sakura: Yes. But even if he were not, he will always be my family. My only living family.

Itachi: What about your parents?

Sakura: (looks down in sadness) My parents are dead. I killed them. But it was by accident, so I kept their bodies and made them into puppets. Then Granny Chiyo, gave her life to Gaara, after mine and Sasori's fight. And then I was alone. So I created a resurrection jutsu and brought him back. Anyway happy now?

Sakura ran out of the room with Itachi close behind her. She ran outside into the woods and started crying. Itachi caught up and wrapped his arms around her. She turned and cried into his chest.

Itachi: I'm sorry I brought it up. I didn't know.

Sakura: It's ok. And it killed them.

Itachi: How did they die?

Sakura: I was showing them some of my jutsu's that I created. One went wrong, and it killed them. It would have killed me if Sasori didn't save me.

Itachi: Wow. May I see them?

Sakura: See what?

Itachi: The jutsu's.

Sakura: No.

Itachi: Ok. Why?

Sakura: Because, they are meant for battle only. That's all I designed them to do.

Itachi: Oh. Well shall we go back?

Sakura: Sure.
