"State your name.."
"Red"
"Real name."
"I'm not entitled to give you such information."
".... fair enough" The man in the lab coat huffed as he leaned back, gently rocking in his black office chair. The room around them was dim lit, a single light shining in Red's face which caused his green eyes to squint. Red moved his hands to hear the sound of chains holding him still. He had to admit that he was a big man but this was just too much for a simple 'talking to.'
"Why am I here?" He murmured, the man in the lab coat looking up and tilting his head. He looked to be thinking for a moment before sighing and leaning forward on the cold metal table.
"We need to use your body for an experiment, luckily we found that your blood matched the success simulation we used to conduct this." He explained. Red squinted, catching his name on his chest.
"Richard is it? Look 'Dick', i have no interest in becoming your lab rat, please let me go." Red snapped, furrowing his brows. He was more annoyed with the fact that he could fix his long unruly hair since it was tickling his cheeks.
"Unfortunately if i want to keep feeding my family, i can't let that happen. Now please relax until the doctor arrives." Richard informed nonchalantly before standing and leaving the room. Red huffed in frustration, pulling idly at the restraints. he looked around to see a one way.. mirror? in the right hand corner from where he sat there was a camera focusing on him and he smirked, holding up his middle finger. 'God how'd this happen?'
"Red, right? My name is Doctor Sholtz from Grants laboratory, how are you feeling today? any nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea in the last 3 days?"
"wh-no.. I've been fine" Red grumbled, narrowing his piercing green eyes at the man who seemed to materialize into the room. he probably wasn't paying attention and spaced out.
"Good, now i'll need you to relax and take deep breaths for me while I conduct the experiment. you won't feel so much as a pinch." He instructed, Red tensing instantly and leaning away from Sholtz.
"Hey hey!! I ain't give you no consent to inject me with that shit, what the hell is that?!" he growled, standing abruptly but his hands were still bound to the stationary table.
He violently thrashed when two more men came in and slammed him against the table, holding him down and exposing his neck. The doctor gazed down at him and smirked slightly, pushing the vile into the syringe and let a bit squirt from the tip.
"Hold him steady boys." Sholtz murmured before inserting the needle into Red's artery. Immediately, Red's body started to go limp as the solution rushed through his blood stream. He let out a pained whimper before shutting his eyes and slowly drifting into a cold and deep slumber. Dr. Sholtz huffed slightly and threw the needle into a bio hazard waste bin, his Silver eyes darting to one of the men holding Red down.
"Did you ever find out his real name?"
"No sir, he's completely off radar.."
"hmm.. alright then. watch him, make sure he's comfortable before he wakes."
"Yes sir."
