Standing outside in the cold wet weather of St Josephs Hospital. I walk in holding my breath and wondering, could it be true.
I got a phone call 3 am in the morning say my mom had been in an accident and i immediately rushed over.
While in deep thought a nurse touches my shoulder and i jump a little.
"Room 274, you may see your mom now"
I only nod and get up and start walking slowly towards the room. I turn the door nob slowly and walk inside, there my mother lay, pale as ever. If it weren't for the heart monitor beeping I swear anyone would've thought she's dead. I lean over and touch her cold pale hand.
"Mommy, I know you can hear me, I miss you so much and I need to come back to me, you can't leave me alone in this scary world"
As soon as I looked up her heart monitor began to raise and nurses and doctors soon piled up the room pushing me behind them. A nurse tried to keep me in her arms and calm be down but how could i even be calm at this moment?
Before I knew it I didn't hear any machines. I saw doctors rolling her out on the hospital bed and she had a silver bag over her. Meaning.. She's dead!!! No no no she can't be no!
I dropped to the ground, the middle of the room, so empty and lonely and soon just weeped for what felt like hours.
Guys this is my first book I'm writing and ii hope u enjoy it. Please like, comment and share! :) loovvee ya'll
