The first thing I heard is the blaring of my alarm. I sighed and rolled over to turn the bloody thing off. I yawned and opened my phone to check if I'd gotten any messages or tweets.

Sonny: So which dress color should I wear? Peach or light blue? - 11:30 pm

Sonny: *sigh* you must already be sleeping. Well talk to you tomorrow :( - 12:00 pm

I laughed a little. She's damn fucking right I was sleeping. I sat up as I quickly texted her back.

Me: Hmm.. peach is definitely your color :)

I hadn't even set my phone down when I'd gotten a text back.

Sonny: Pshhh 6 hours later... haha! But hmm okay. You're right! :D

I grabbed my towel and headed to the bathroom. I set my phone on the counter and put on my 'Shower Playlist'. I quickly undressed and jumped into the amazingly hot water. First song to play was the Sleeping With Sirens cover of Iris. I really loved their acoustic stuff. As I massaged the lovely smelling coconut shampoo in I sang along. When I was done washing myself I jumped out and bolted to my room. Holy tits it was really cold. I quickly got dressed. The forecast said it was supposed to be hot and sunny all day. It was pretty odd considering its usually cold all the time here in England. But I trusted its judgement because yesterday it was hot outside too. I didn't believe that it would actually be nice though and I ended up wearing black skinny jeans and a sweater. Today though, I would be prepared.

As I slid on my favorite high waisted shorts I heard a small knock on the door.

"Come in!" I said. Hopefully whoever it was heard me over my music. Thankfully they did and the door slowly crept open.

"Violet, could you please turn the music down? You may have school but I don't!" My brother said.

"Sorry!" I yelled as he shut the door.

I ran to my phone and turned it down. I sat down in front of my mirror to start my hair and make up. First I blow dryed my hair and straightened.

"Hmm.." My hair wasn't quite staying right. I put a little hair spray in it and blow dryed it softly. I smiled in the mirror. Perfect.

"Now.. my make up.." I said to myself. Looking around I couldn't find my eyeliner. "Oh God.. please no. Don't be lost, don't be lost." I begged. Finally I found it lying under a shoe.

"Thank the Lord." I whispered to myself as I applied my eyeliner. I made sure they were even. When I was sure they were I finished it up with some mascara and a little red lipstick. I wanted to look perfect for the last day of school.

Standing up I checked myself out in the mirror. I must admit, today I looked damn good. Not that I was concieted or anything. I just happened to look especially nice today.

I was wearing my dark blue jean high waisted shorts, flower light blue mini top and turquoise Hollister sweater. If I got hot I could always just take off the jacket.

I turned off the music slipping my phone into my pocket. Before I left my room I grabbed my turquoise owl necklace and put it on. Shutting my lights off I noticed I forgot my bag. Quickly I ran back in and grabbed it. I ran down the stairs and grabbed an apple on my way out the door. My shoes were sitting in the back of my car. I figured I'd just slip them on before I headed in school. I got in my car and started driving to Sonny's house. As if on que my phone started blaring The Way by Ariana Grande.

"Hello?" I answered chipperly.

"What's got you all excited this morning?" Sonny said annoyed.

"Oh you know.. its not the LAST DAY OF YEAR 11 OR ANYTHING." I shouted at her.

"Oh please! I'll be excited next year when we'll never have to come back again!" She said.

That was Sonny for you. She rarely got excited over minor things like this.

"Alright well I'm outside your house. Hurry it up now. I happen to think today is important and don't want to be late!" I quickly hung up before she could protest any longer.

Before I knew it she was strutting her way out the door and into my car. She looked absolutely gorgeous. Damn I was jealous of her. Her long blonde hair was perfectly straightened and down to her hips. She had on a strapless peach dress with light brown high heels. For someone who didn't think today was important she sure was dressed up. As she climbed in the car I hit her arm softly.

"Bitch! Why did you dress up so much if you didn't care about today?" I yelled playfully.

"I've got to look good!" She yelled back.

I just laughed at her and started driving to school. After 10 minutes I pulled up and parked at our little school. Smiling like a fool I slipped on my striped wedged heels and bounded towards the school. Hopefully today will be an amazing end to the school year, and an even better start to summer.
