All the studying to be a priestess gone to waste. She tried to refuse but her father was persistent. Now her life was about to be ruined by and criminal who just happened to be the killer of a tiger. Suddenly her chamber doors were flung open and her mother flew in. " run my child I cannot bear to watch my only child be married to a man with no class" " mamma I cannot be helped and nothing can change fathers mins I am willing to go to my fate for it is the will of the gods. Then two guards walked n pulled lady McGarden for levy side and two more guard grabbed Levy's arms and pulled her out of the room the last glimpse that levy had of her mother was her purple dress crumpled in a ball loud wails coming from the ball.

Gajeel's pov
Damn it. He wasn't ready to get married but he wasn't ready to die either. Well he will go out there and win this match. He might get the chic or he might not but if he didn't that meant he would have died. Well here goes nothing. The guards came in and grunted at him at sign to go out. He walked out into the arena and glared up at the stands many were cheering and some were booing. He raises his sword in honor of the king preceding over the event. Then his eyes flashes over to were is hopefully future bride stood. She was tiny a shrimp even. Well hopefully she wouldn't mind living with a criminal for the rest of her life then the gate with the animal opened. Gajeel braced himself for yet another fight. He would win this and nothing could stop him. A flash or orange appeared and the fight began.
