I walked in to class and slung my bag over the chair, placing my books on the desk. I felt really tired and put my face in my hands.  I heard a slam on the table, which made me jump.  Startled, I looked next to me to see the green eyes of Cameron Holt.  His shoulder brushed mine as he slumped into his chair.
I leaned as far away from him as the chair would allow.
"What's your problem?" He asked rather rudely.
"W-what, N-nothing..." I trailed off trying to avoid eye contact with the beautiful boy.
"are you afraid of me?" He asked, seemingly intrigued by me.
"N-no," I managed to stutter.
"Well you should be," he stated.
"And why is that?" I asked suddenly growing angry at his inflating ego.
"You should be afraid on the affect I could have on you, what I could do to you, and how much I could hurt you." He said. The last few words sent chills down my spine.  I shivered and he looked away.
"You are afraid of me," he said.
"But what if I'm not?" I shot back.
"Then you will be," he said smirking at me. He looked away and I looked at him. his dark brown hair pushed messily off his forehead; his green eyes, pouring into my soul; his perfect teeth blinding me with their brightness.
"And so it begins," he says turning back to me with a smirk.
"What?" I questioned.
" c'mon you're drooling," he stated, pointed at my mouth.
I wasn't drooling but I was looking at him for an embarrassingly long time. He is one attractive boy, I'll give him that. But does he really think that I would fall for him that easily? Personality, personality matters.
I snapped out of my thoughts, realizing I was still looking at him.
"Helloooo?" He said waving his hand in front of my face.
"Sorry, there was something behind you." I stated felling blood rush up to my cheeks.
"Yeah okay, here's what I'll do..." He started, "i will wear a paper bag on my head for school tomorrow so you don't get too distracted." He smirked.
"Yeah, might wanna cover that up, it would help everyone." I stated, trying to make it sound like an insult.
"Wait did you just compliment me?" He questioned still wearing the stupid smirk.
Well I need to work on my insults.
"No, it was an insult," I stated pouting a bit.
"Sure sounds like a compliment to me" he laughed.  I looked at the clock in the back of the lab.  I still had fifteen minutes left of class. Fifteen minutes next to this egotistical, badass, no good, jerk.  But he is so good looking.  I can't fall for him, I just can't.  He uses and manipulates girls then leaves them hurt and depressed.  It was going to be hard but not impossible.
"Game on," I whispered.
"What was that?" He questioned cupping his ear.
"Nothing," I responded as the bell rang.
He jumped out of his seat rather quickly and rushed  in front of me bumping my shoulder causing me to drop a few books. I glared at the pretty boy. He was now walking backwards out of the lab watching me pick up my books. This would be easier then I thought. I went to pick up my last book when someone reached at the same time as I. I lifted my head to be eye level with a very attractive, blonde haired, blue eyed, boy. We stood up slowly not breaking eye contact.
"here is your book," he said breaking the silence.
"Thanks," I said.
"And here is my number, the name's Jack," he smirked handing me a piece of paper.
I smiled at him and walked down the hall to my locker. That was an eventful day.
