Next morning I wake up to a really annoying sound. It was echoing in my head. Beep Beep Beep. I open my eyes to see Steven in the corner of the small room he's head against his knees. He was crying. My parents were talking to someone I can see threw the small window on the door.
When I sat up I rub my head in confusion. Steven looks up at me with red eyes it looks like he's been crying for hours. He runs over to the bed I was in and hugs me and doesn't let go. Tears were streaming down his face, then I ask, "wtf happened." He didn't answer then the machines started going off and started beeping rapidly.
The nurses and doctors took out all the wires and tubes that were attached to my body. And sat me up. They closed the door on me after they pushed me into the bathroom. I turned around and saw my clothes on the counter so I underdressed. When I looked at myself in the mirror I was so boney and fragile. When I put on my clothes, it was really baggy on me. I mean my clothes have always been big on me but now it was more than usual.
I walked out and found Steven and I asked him once again what happened.
"You were in a coma."
