Summer Love

Chapter Two

Yay! Chapter two you guys! I'm really getting excited about writing this! I have all my devious cliffhanging plans ready! Heh heh heh... *cue joker face*

Let me just say that my "summer adventure" didn't last very long. Not even two hours into the eight hour trip I was already carsick. Of course, Louis thought this was hysterical. -__- 

"Darcy, do I really have to pull over?" 

"Unless you want me to puke all over your designer jeans then yes! Pull over asshole!" 

"Ok ok! Calm yourself girl!" He chuckled and pulled the car over to the side of the road. I jumped out as fast as I could and ended up puking my guys out. As I say on the ground gagging and coughing, Louis walked over and rubbed my back softly. About 10 minutes of coughing and gagging, I finally felt better.  

"Are you sure you're ok sis?" 

"Yep! I actually don't ever get carsick so I don't know where that came from!" 

"Haha! Hope you haven't gone off and gotten laid by a hot guy!" He winked at me as I slapped his arm playfully. Suddenly, I felt all the blood leave my face and my heart began to pound heavily. Oh my god. Why didn't I think of that! I was just laid by someone! What if I was pregnant?! It took everything in me not to have a meltdown right there, but I managed to hold in my emotions and skip to the car happily.  

"Now, let us leave!" Louis shouted in his "manly" voice causing me to flinch.  

"Calm your tits child! I don't need to be deaf by the time we get there!"

The next several hours wee spent singing at the top of our lungs and cracking stupid jokes. Honestly, it was the happiest I'd been in years. Unfortunately, the car ride ended too soon and the private beach was just a mile away.  

"GAHAGAHJS!!! I'm so excited!!!" Louis screamed in my ear. 

"AGAHGAHAHAGA!!!! I'm more excited!!!" I screamed back.

10 minutes later

"LOUIS! I SEE THEM!!!"  

"SO DO I!!"  

The both of us took off running.  

"I bet I can get there first!" I challenged Louis.  

"Ooohhhh. It's on sister!" 

And with that he sped ahead. (heehee... I rhymed! ;) ) 

"Hey! No fair you got a head start! Cheater!" 

"There's no rules while racing!" he screamed back.  

I rolled my eyes and pushed myself forward until I was right next to Louis.  

"Hey Lou! I hope you're ok with losing cause I'm gonna win!" 

"In your dreams!" 

Looking up I saw that the rest of the boys were all clapping their hands and rooting for me. I smirked at Louis and pushed forward once more, their cheers giving me more energy. I ran by the boys, barely beating Louis. 

"HAHA! Loser!! Who's da queen? I'm da queen!"  

I began dancing around crazily, gaining laughs and cheers from everyone but the pouting Louis.  

"Awwww Lou Bear! Don't be such a sad sport!" One of the boys said while pulling Louis into a big hug.  

"But Harrrrrreeeehhhhh... she was being a big meany!" he stuck out his lip and crossed his arms childishly. This only made me laugh and I continued to rub it into his face until one of the boys said that we should get unpacked. I pouted but agreed.

Thankfully, Louis gave me my own room in the cabin so I immediately ran back and put all my stuff away before running back into the front room. The boys still weren't done so I took the lovely opportunity to explore. The first thing I noticed was how big the kitchen was. My mouth began to water at the thought of food so I rummaged through the fridge until I came across some brownies. I laughed evilly as I cut a large piece and began to eat. 

"Darcy. What are you doing?"  

I froze at Louis' annoyed tone.  

"Urm... eating a brownie?" 

"Well why didn't you cut some for us then?" 

"Because you still haven't introduced me to the boys!" I answered, smirking.  

"Fiiiinnneeee..." He whined.  

He introduced each boy to me and in return I got a big hug from each one. When I turned towards the curly-haired boy the first thing I noticed was his large, emerald green eyes. He smiled and I noticed the cutest dimples and the whitest teeth.  

"Hello love. I'm Harry Styles."  

"Uh hi um I'm uh..." Crap! I'm acting like an idiot! Pull yourself together Darcy! 

I smiled and tried again. "Hi! I'm Darcy Anne but you can call me Darcy!" 

He laughed cutely, causing me to lose my train of though again.  

"Nice to meet you Darcy!"  

Before I knew it, I was being pulled into his body by strong arms. Now, I don't want to be creepy, but let me just say that he smelled AMAZING! He also gave the most amazing hugs in the world! I felt warm everywhere and my stomach twisted and turned in the best way when he rubbed my back. Sadly, the hug ended much too soon and he pulled away from me smiling.

After we'd all eaten some brownies Louis suggested that each of the boys get to know me better since we'd all be in the same house for the summer. He announced that tomorrow, Niall would get to spend the day with me.  

"Ok boys! I'm heading off to bed now! See you in the morning!" 

"Tired already Darcy?" Niall asked.  

Louis chuckled mischievously.  

"Why don't you tell them why you're so tired Darcy!" 

All eyes turned to me and I blushed awkwardly.  

"Why don't you tell them because I'm going to bed now!" And with that, I ran off leaving a laughing Louis behind.

I slammed by door, feeling quite annoyed that Louis was going to tell them all about my embarrassing incident. I decided to forget about it and take a closer look at my room.  

It wasn't very big but it had its own bathroom and a large T.V. Turning on the television, I flipped through the stations until I found Spongebob, and then I got into my comfy bed. I slowly began to drift off, the whole while thinking of the amazing summer that was before me and forgetting all about my worries and fears.
