Chapter 2

I finish eating my pancakes. Maddie and I both walk into the kitchen to get a bottle of water when we here a knock on te door. "I'll get it" says maddie.
I open the fridge and grab two waters, one for me and maddie. I grab my dance bag. "Hi Kendall!" Says maddie. "Hey maddie, hey Kenzie!" She says "hey" maddie grabs her dance bag and we head out the door. "Hi girls!" Says Jill. " hi!" We sit in the backseat of the Car in silence. We then park at the aldc and hop out of the car. We walk in and see Gia and miss Abby sitting at the desk. "Hi" we say in unison. "Hi girls put your stuff down and start stretching" says miss Abby. We do as we are told and walk into studio A. I go into my left split first and hold it for about 10 seconds. I get up to go into my middle split when Abby and the rest of the girls come in. "Alright girls get in a line so we can do pyramid, so on the bottom we have Nia. Plz Point your feet. Next is Mackenzie. I thought you did ok in the group. Next is Kendall. You also did good in the group. Next is Paige. You did good in the group with your special part. Next we have Chloe. You had a solo that placed 2nd. I thought you did good but not good enough to win. Next is Brooke. You placed 2nd with your solo in your division. And on top is maddie. You got first with your solo. Congrats. So we are going to sheer talent this weekend. Solos are going to Paige and Mackenzie. Paige, your solo is called perfect girl. It's a lyrical piece. I know you don't get that a lot but your gonna have to try your best with this. And Mackenzie your solo is called sunshine. It's an acrobatic routine. And the group is called thoughts. And for the lead I am going to have Chloe.  Spread a part and warm up"
