Have you ever been felt so deeply passionate about someone that it would just pain you to look at them, because you know they'll never be yours?
You would be fine, walking into school, wondering about the day and your classes when you would see them. They would be blended in with the crowd but they would be your only focus. Their eyes would wander around and wouldn't even stop your way because your existence meant little to them.
Your stomach would plummet and your heart would sink. And you would hate how they could just laugh and continue on, while you suffered at a simple glance in their direction.

Nevaeh was the 'it' girl. She aced every single class smoothly with a passing grade. She was intelligent, athletic, effortlessly pretty, adored by the boys and envied by the girls.
Or in other words, out of Lloyd's league.
But the fact that he was blatantly not her type didn't deterrent him from the small infatuation that he had carried with him for two years. It was the fact that Lloyd knew the chances of getting with someone like her was little to none.
Who was he kidding? He was just Lloyd, a minor compared to Nevaeh.
And he would admit it.
He was just waiting for something that was never going to happen.
