It was one of those rare instances that Gotham City could get a chance at seeing sun. The city was usually damp and moist from the wet rainy weather or recovering from whatever gas cloud Scarecrow or the Joker decided to test the innocent with.

And while we're on the subject of Gotham, they were holding an annual city fair! Streets closed down and were displayed with booths of exotic foods for the rich, prize booths with toys and candy for the kids, free samples for the poor, overworked and feisty policemen to keep the hobos in order, professional performers, the always lovable circus freaks, and Gotham's infamous clown couple~

That... happened to escape Arkham just the day before with a deadly vendetta-

But on the other hand today was a good day for Gotham!! Everyone was having fun and being merry!

It was their first day of freedom- well, illegally, they're due back in Arkham Asylum right now, but unfortunately Harley Quinn begged and begged her 'Puddin' to take her to the fair. And since they didn't have any plans beside this one, Joker obliged.

He chose to wear a white suit, how he keeps it clean we'll never know; while Harley was in a slight, over revealing, sexy uniform with short shorts, and a lacy shirt.

Of course, why explain Harley when there was someone far more attractive than her to describe. Joker sighed while staring across their booth at Bruce Wayne. He was leaning over the side, flirting with the pretty red head girl that worked there. No one was even invested with her booth because it sold these ugly clown dolls that looked far too much like the Joker. And because of the way his body was so positioned toward this girl, his behind was displayed for anyone that walked by.

Joker emitted a deep moaning sound when Bruce leaned more forward, his arms were folded over the countertop, and his leg crossed over the other.

He ran a hand through his green dyed hair and imagined a scenario with Batman in the same place. He could run a hand down his black underwear and-

Harley pouted when she noticed that Mistah J didn't seem too interested in their current booth. She locked arms with him, and ran them over to the one with Bruce Wayne.

This particular booth had a clown designed game- which must have attracted Harley's attention in the first place. It even had guns- well, water guns actually.

That's right Gotham. Start 'em off young. First it'll be water pistols at a game booth, next they'll be sticking up banks for Two-Face, and shooting people with real guns in real dark alleys. And Batman wonders why the crime rates in Gotham increase.

She pointed to one of the Joker looking clown dolls. "I'm going to win this one for you Puddin!"

Joker cringed as she said this right beside Bruce.

He didn't pay the clown couple any mind though, while he kept the worker invested in his little pick-up lines. Joker balled up a fist and shook off a feeling that he was purposely ignoring him.

Just as Harley spoke up, water sprayed right in his face, screwing up his lipstick and wetting him a whole lot.

"Why does it always happen when I stand right in this spot?!" Joker whined. Harley dismissed herself from yelling at the little punk who got confused from the prop clown to the killer clown, how he did that we'll never know. She went over and passed Joker a small mirror and some red lipstick.
