I slam the door behind me and walk happily to the honking parked car In
Front of my house. I almost trip on the way down the stairs and on the concrete because of my dress. I yank open the rusty,red,1987 ford truck. I climb in the car and then I feel a hand touch mine. I look up.
There I see Jackson smiling up at me and he leans in for one of his amazing kisses. We passionately make out for at least 10 minutes. I can feel his soft moist lips against mine, and can't believe there there. We pull away, an laugh. We drive off to banzai for a romantic dinner before prom. I'm in my neon pink strapless dress. He's in his black tuxedo. He drive to the hotel ballroom where the dance is at. Who puts a prom in a hotel? That's just asking for a loss of virginity? I mean what the hell?
Anyways....Jackson blast the radio on "why don't we just dance" by josh turner. He starts singing to me. I laugh some more. I still can't believe it has been over a year since we started dating. I still have my doubts at whether its real or not, rather way I'm happy!
We arrive at the hotel 10 minutes before we are due on the Dance floor. We of course make out again. This time much,much harder. He starts to undo my dress. "Wait, wait just a couple of hours then room 217 is all ours. " he smiles and nods awaiting the moment. We realize now that we are 5 minutes late so we get out of the car and walk to the party.
He opens the door for me and we smell a whiff of perfume, punch, and snacks. Jackson grabs my hand an pulls me to an open area of dance floor, and we get close because a slow song has just started. I lean against his chest and he puts his head on mine. I smile close my eyes and just dance. After 3 hours of pop, rock, Country, an slow songs , the dance is over. (Finally) now at this time I'm getting a little nervous .
Jackson grabs my hand and leads me up to room 217. He's sees my doubt. "It's okay, I love you,trust me!" I do he grabs my waist an kisses me, then opens the door, and pulls me in.
