I have a monster living in my closet. Although, he is not like those big, ugly and multiple eyed ones. He is a demon. To be very honest with you though, he is handsome I mean like a hot kind of handsome. He has been there for me since I was little, been there to wipe my tears, comfort me but he only comes out at night or when no ones home and only I can see him. He is like my older brother, he teases me at times but we never fight. Sure there is like very small arguments but it doesn't get as big. At this moment though I think I'm starting to see him as more than a brother, a demon but as a lover.

The main reason why I am friends with him because, I come from a broken family. Every week I find that she comes home with a new boyfriend, it's like she is playing with them. After my parents officially divorced because dad had a secret affair behind mum's back for 6 years and ever since they did divorce for the past 3 years mum as been drinking and dating men that is like 10 years younger than her. Whenever mum's boyfriend comes over though I am like practically like forced to meet them whether I like it or not, which is like most of the time.

"NO! YOU HAVE TO COME!" My mum screamed at me. I shouted back "WHY?! HUH?! I HAVE A LIFE TO YOU KNOW!" she said for the 12345 time "You have to come whether you like it or not!" Today we are meeting my mum new so-called boyfriend named Choi Siwon, you could say he is handsome that's one but his attitude is like trash. In my opinion though I don't like him [a/n: GUYS I ACTUALLY LOVE SIWON! HE'S MY BAE~~] I swear he is 2 faced. He acts all good and nice around MY mum but then when he turns to me, he starts glaring and telling me to get out of here. I swear if he hurts my mum in any form I will make sure he will not see another daylight again.

Night came as a quick as the wind. I was taking a short nap while waiting for Tao but I heard this *woosh* sound. I got a little bit scared and I quietly got out of bed but lucky for me though mum is at Choi Siwon's house again for the 100th time this week and she's staying there too. I felt something or someone jump out at me and shouted "EUN MI-AHHHH!!!" I tried to stay on my feet but failed and fell down. He pouted and said "You didn't talk to me for 2 whole nights! Why?" I sighed and said "My mum has another boyfriend but I don't like him. He is 2 faced technically, nice to mum but mean to me." Tao sighs then hugs me and said "Always remember I'm here for you too." With that I drifted off to dreamland.

This morning was probably one of worst mornings I have ever been through in my entire existence! CHOI SIWON PUT A RING ON IT! HE PROPOSED TO MY MUM! AND DO YOU KNOW WHAT SHE SAID?! YES! A BIG FAT YES! And the wedding is held in 3 months time! That day I ran home crying and slammed my door shut. I think my mum got startled and I heard from downstairs "Sweetie are you alright?" I shouted with sarcasm in my voice "Yeah sure I'm okay mum, sure!! You never care about how I feel anyway!!" I continued crying.

I heard someone stormed up the stair and *slap* Choi Siwon came up and slapped me across the face?! He coldly stated "That's no way to talk to your mum okay?! I am still marrying her whether you like it or not!" and walked down again. I continued crying until I heard "shhh~ My mei mei~ shh~." and the person came and embraced me in a hug then started singing "Baby don't cry Tonight hao xiang hen shi he zhe ge ye wan dan zhe yi shun jian de ji qing bu neng gou yan changque yao mu song ni li kai, so baby don't cry cry jiu rang wo de ai xiang ji yi ba~." I sniffed and whispered "Thank you Tao oppa~." he kissed my forehead and said "that's okay, anything for my mei mei~."

Before you know it 3 months has already gone by and my mum got married to Choi Siwon the jerk. After he moved in though, it wasn't so great. When mum was out at work and he had the chance to abuse me. Hit me, spank me, pull my hair etc. I would run into my room and cry with Tao comforting me, more abusing then it would become a routine when mum is never home. She has her eyes set on Choi Siwon and will be doing anything he asks of her. I do hope that mum does divorce him though and he will be FOREVER OUT OF MY LIFE!

"YOU LITTLE BRAT!" Siwon screamed while pulling my hair "I TOLD YOU 3 BOTTLES OF BEER NOT 4!" I screamed in pain and shouted "WHY ME?! CAN'T YOU DO IT YOURSELF?!" He slapped me and said "Listen here I am your step-father and you do what I say you understand?!" Mum came in and shouted "what is going on in HERE?!" Siwon lied and said "Well Eun Mi here, said I was the worst." My mum glared at me and said "That's it I've had it with you!" she pulls me by the ear and Siwon just stands there with a smirk spread across his face. I really hate you Choi Siwon, I forever will.

Mum kicks open the door and said "You are grounded until you learn how to respect Siwon, OKAY?! I love him and I know he is a nice person! So until you learn to like him, I will be taking away your internet and phone!" She storms out with my phone. I start crying again, no one I mean no one cares about me! why do I even exist! I heard a voice behind me say "Don't you dare think that you are not worth it okay?!" I jumped in surprise and said "Tao, you scared the living day out of me!" he kissed my cheek and said "sorry mei~ ." but his face turned all serious again and he asked "Can I go and beat up him?" I know who Tao is referring to and I said "YAH! You will be in prison if that happens you know?!"

He suggested "Why don't we run away together." I asked "Runaway as in just you and me?" He chuckled and said "Yeah, just you and me." Lucky for me I already have an emergency suitcase and I pulled it from under the bed then opened the window and said "I think us running away is the best idea you ever had oppa~." he kissed my cheek then said "Wherever you are I will be there too." and then flew out the window. I sighed and thought 'maybe this is for the best.' and continued climbing down the ladder. Bye mum. Bye Siwon. Hello to my new life with Tao.
