Promise Me

Prologue

A/N so this chapter will probably be super short because I'm not that good at writing yet but the story will get better as I progress in the story and the plot becomes more clear to me!

Izzy's POV

Today was going to be the best day of summer yet. One Direction was having a meet and greet in my hometown if Los Angeles, California and my best friend Caroline, had agreed to bear the crowd and go with me after my endless begging for days since she knows I love them so much and this was a once in a lifetime opportunity.

"Caroline!" I yelled up the stairs of the house we own together. "Are you ready to go?! It starts in three hours and the line will be huge!"

"I'm almost done getting ready!" She called. She came downstairs wearing denim cutoffs, a v-neck, and flip flops. The same as me except I was wearing a crop top, showing of my perfectly toned stomach I had gotten just in time for summer.

We got to the grove and hour before it started and to say a lot of people here would be an understatement. I guess people had come from all over California to meet our favorite boys. We got in line right away since it would take forever to get to the front.

After thirty minutes, Caroline offered to go find us some food and came back with two Starbucks drinks in hand. "Grande caramel macchiato, since I know you need your caffeine" she said coming back ten minutes later. "Thanks for coming with me care-bear," I said, giggling at the name I gave her the day we met in kindergarten. "You know I'd do ANYTHING for you Iz," she replied.

*one hour later*

It was an hour later and now I could just make out Harry's curls. Another minute and we would be meeting One Direction. I was shaking I was so nervous and excited. We were now next in line and I was trying hard not to fangirl. It was finally my turn after hours of waiting!

Niall's POV

We were in LA meeting more than a few fans. I loved meeting the fans personally because then I could put a face to the people in crowds at the concerts. Suddenly, the most stunning girl I've ever seen came up. She had super long, dark hair with beachy waves and stunning blue eyes. Her sunkissed skin was a dead giveaway she lived in LA. Her crop top showed she had a perfect figure.

"Hi, I'm Izzy!" She chirped excitedly. "Hi Izzy!" We replied each giving her a hug and snapping some pictures. I couldn't help but notice when Harry hugged her, he held on a bit longer than normal, me doing the same.

I couldn't help but feel myself start falling for a girl I barely knew.

Izzy left after we talked for a little bit and got to know her, I didn't know if I would ever see her again, but I vowed right then and there that I would never forget her. I didn't know if it was just an adrenaline rush from meeting Izzy, but I had a feeling our paths would cross again.
