Pilot

It was the day I came to L.A. It was so beautiful and big. It was a dream, a shooting star just past me the first night I was here which was five minutes ago. Lol. School was starting tomorrow I was so nervous. What if the kids don't like me? That would be the worst. Later that evening mom made dinner it was clams with noodles. Sounds gross but it's actually pretty good.

"Can I get ready for school tomorrow?" I said lying.

"Sure." Said my mom.

I actually went on my phone. Unfortunately, my cellphone was dead and the charger was still packed in my bag. So I looked through everything and I mean EVERYTHING! And I still couldn't find it. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw it was intertwined with my blanket.

* 1 hour later *

My friend Nazarene (real best friend)texted me saying this.

Nazarene: I miss you! Good thing I'll see you this summer!

Me: kk love you bye!

Nazarene: love you too!

"Lola!" I heard my mom and dad call.

I ran downstairs and saw a girl and it was Nazarene! She was wearing blue flats, red jeans and an orange blouse! Wow! She's looking colourful tonight.

"Well are you gunna hug me or just stand there like an idiot!" Nazarene said.

I squealed and hugged her like was no tomorrow. God, I missed her so much! I can't believe she finally here.

"I live next door now so I can come when ever you want and you can come when ever you want! So it's pretty equal!" She said smiling showing her dimples.

"Cool lets go upstairs and get ready for school tomorrow. Are you attending the same school as me?" I said as we walked to my room.

"Yeah," she said.

Luckily, I had two twin beds in my room. So she could have one for the night and I could sleep in the other one.
