Any advice or ideas in the comments would be pretty awesome. Keep in mind I'm not the best at writing but tell me what you think.

Grief. Grief filled his mind and he sat there, alone in the dark. If only he could do something, anything, to set things right. Maybe he could have prevented her death? Somehow? Anything he could have done.....anything.....to save her.

Deep in his thoughts, he didn't notice a shuffle in the bushes. He frantically looked around, until he saw her. No, not the girl that had died. It was someone else, definitely someone else. Yet, he felt like he somehow knew her. Dark black hair and a peculiar black dress. Her eyes met his and he realized that her eyes weren't ordinary...at all. They were dark, pitch black eye sockets.....that seemed to have no eyes at all. She stared at him, expressionless and spoke, "I will come for you," she said. Her eye sockets just bored right into him and seemed to detect every doubt he had. Every concern. Every problem. He couldn't hide anymore, he knew this psycho was tracking him down. Every move he made. "She was afraid. She was weak," the girl spoke, "It was a curse," the girl's eye sockets got darker, from the color of coal to complete darkness. The darkness took over her whole body, until she was gone. Completely gone. It was almost like she had dissolved into darkness. She was darkness herself. He laughed nervously to himself, but he knew he still wasn't alone. Where was the light? Where was his home? If only he could find his way back....but he didn't have a chance of that. He drove himself mad until he had no choice. He couldn't fight the darkness any longer. It controlled him and it would soon kill him. He gave into the darkness, and with that he was gone. Completely gone. Forever.
