Chapter 1- flashbacks

*Adrianne's POV*

I am best friends with Harry Styles. I remember when I first met him....

~Flashback~

I was outside playing in my sandbox when I felt a sharp rock and cut my finger. I was only 2 1/2 years old so I didn't know how to handle the pain. A boy with straight, blonde hair came up to me.

"Are yow owkay?"

"Nooooo!" I wailed.

"Come wit mew! My mamma wiwl cwean yow up!"

"Owkay." We got up and went to his house, which was right next to mine. When we walked in I saw a lady standing in the kitchen cooking something on the stove.

"Mamma!" The boy ran up to his mum and wrapped his arms around her legs.

He turns to look at me.

"Was youw name?"

"Adwianne," I said proudly.

"I'm Hawwy!"

He looked up at his mum.

"Mummy? My new best fwend adwianne gowt huwt and can you pwease cwean hew up?"

"Of coarse, sweaty." She walked over to me and knelt down beside me. She took a wipey thingy from her pocket and wiped off my booboo. Then she unwrapped a bandaid and put it over the cut.

"There you go!"

"Thank yow!!" I squealed, throwing my arms around her neck and hugging her. She laughed.

"Come on, Hawwy, lets go pway in my sandbwox!"

"Yeah!" We went outside and played in my sandbox.

*Flashback Over*

Ahhhhhh, that was a great day. While we're doing flashbacks here, why not another? The first day of Kindergarten.....

*Flashback*

"Come on mummy lets goooo!"

We got in the car and drive to the Kindergarten.

As we walked inside, I saw Harry and his mummy standing next to the teacher. Harry saw me and he waved, motioning for me to come over.

I walked over to him and grabbed his hand, pulling him into the classroom to find where we sat. We ended up sitting right next to each other!

I ran out as my mummy was about to leave.

"Bye mummy!" I shouted as she left. Then I went back into the classroom and sat next to Harry.

"Ok class! Now sing it with me! One, Two, Three!"

The whole class started shouting.

"ABCDEFG,HIJKLMNOP,QRS,TUV,WX, Y and Z!! Now we know our ABC's, next time won't you sing with me?!"

Harry and I were both picked up by his mummy, and the whole way home, we were singing the ABC's.

Today was so exciting! We learned the ABC's! I wonder what we'll learn tomorrow?.....

It was the first day of the second trimester in Middle School. Harry and I had all except one class together. Right now we're about to go swimming in the pool for Gym.

By the way, I'm now 12. So is Harry. He now has a curly mop of brown hair on his head instead of the blond straight hair he used to have. He was kinda cute but he is my best friend and I wasn't going to think of him that way.

As I made my way down the steps into the pool, I slipped on one and fell backwards. Before I could land on my head and get a concussion, somebody's arms wrapped around me so I wouldn't fall and die. I looked up at the person, and Harry was smiling down at me. I smiled back up at him.

"Thanks."

"Anytime, Love."

"Come on. Lets swim," I said, grabbing his hand and dragging him into the water.

"Okay."

When I got into the water, the very first thing I did was splash Harry.

"Hey!"

For the rest of the time swimming, we splashed each other.

And then, When he asked me out for the first time.....

Today had been the last day of High School. Harry and I were sitting on my back porch, eating Popsicles.

"Adrianne?"

"Yeah?"

"Can I ask you something?"

"Of coarse!"

"Well, um, what do you think of me?"

I suddenly got very shy. I have had a crush on Harry since 7th grade. Should I tell him? What will he think?

"I think that I have the most bestest friend in the entire world!"

"Is that all?"

"Yes, wait, no, it isn't. Harry, I have to tell you something. I-I've had a pretty big crush on you since the 7th grade."

Harry beamed. Is that a good thing?

He leant in and stopped, his mouth an inch away from mine.

"Thats all I needed to hear," he breathed before slamming his lips against mine. Our mouths molded together perfectly before we both pulled away. I blushed.

"Adrianne, will you go on a date with me?"

"Of coarse, Harry!" I reached for him and wrapped my arms tightly around his waist while he did the same.

*Flashback Over*

Ahhhhh, those were the good days, what happened?
