I'm almost done. I've almost finished packing my stuff from the orphanage. That took.... More time then I thought. Well I did have like 50 sketch books, 3 guitars, 1 keyboard, 1 bass, and my clothes. When I get to the house I bought; I will be able to put a drum set in.
"Well aren't you happy," I turned to face my Diaz. The small hybrid was standing up from beside her small bed on my yet-to-be packed dresser. She still wore her PJ's - black short and black tank top with flames on it - and was using the miniature brush to brush her long orange hair and fluffy wolf ears and tail. Her red eyes shinning with curiosity and happiness.
"We'll of course I'm happy, it's moving day!" I said excitedly. She grinned happily.
"Yes now I don't have to hide all the flipping time," she stated.
"What with all the noise?" Luce asked. Like Diaz, she wore her Pj's - black shorts and tank top with dark blue swirls. Her midnight blue wings hung lazily on her back. She grabbed her own brush and combed her long brown hair flattening all the flyaway strands of hair. Her violet eyes grumpy, Luce never like to be woken up by our loudness.
"We're leaving this hell whole!" Diaz said.
"Well not if this packing isn't done," I said. I walked over to the dresser pulling a box along. I opened the top cabinet and started to messily throw stuff in.
"Well then we'll help," Diaz snapped her fingers an her Pj's turned to her normal cloths - a red tank top and dark wash jean shorts. Diaz jumped from the top of the dresser and onto my shoulder. She waved her hands around and clothes started to fly into the air and settle in the correct box.
"No matter how many times I see you do that it will always amaze me," I said to her. She smiled.
"Is this all you have to do?" Luce asked. She changed out of her Pj's and was wearing Capri pants and a midnight blue top. I nodded. She began to wave her hands around and more items were flying around.
"After this were gone," I said happily.
"Done!" Diaz yelled.
"You sure are loud for such a tiny person," I commented.
"Don't even go there Blue," she growled her ears flattening into her hair. I smiled.
"Before you two get into an argument, Blue go put the boxes in the van. Miss. Angelina will kill you for being late. She was kind enough to give you a ride to your new house," Luce said.
"Fine," I grumbled picking up the boxes and putting them in the van. It was an older model. Probably from 40 or so years ago. It looked like it was run over my a lawn mower, then crashed into a mailbox, then cut the curb to closely hitting a building and rolled down a hill.
"Ah, your here," a scratchy voice said from behind me. Miss. Angelina, the head of this 'joyful place'. Joyful place my ass. This is like jail... No it's worse then jail. I hate it, the person next to me probably hates it... Wait what. I turned to face a small girl. "This is Patricia, my grand-daughter," I knew she was old, "she will be accompanying us today." Oh great a spoiled brat will be coming. I closed the back door of the van and walked over to the right side and opened it and sat down. Diaz and Luce were in my shoulder bag. The - maybe - 6 year old kid sat in the front. Patricia. Even her names sounds snotty.
We arrived at my place. It was two story's tall, A Nice sky blue color - like my hair. It had three windows. Two up on the second floor and one large on on the First. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a study, living room, dining area, one car garage and a sound proof room. Perfect for me. I climbed out of the car and began to unpack the few boxes in there. I grabbed two and walked down the rock pathway. I slowly lowered the boxes to the ground - who am I kidding I dropped them. Their not my instrument, so I don't really all that much.
"Watch it," I voice whispered. I looked into my bag and Diaz had her head pocking out.
"Get back in there, " I whispered/ demanded. She just sighed and slipped back into the bag. I looked up to see Miss. Angelina and Patricia were looking at me. "Couldn't find my keys but I found them, Yay," I said, a forced laugh escaping my lips. I turned and opened the door. I picked up the boxes and went into the house.
The house was entirely blue. Dark blue. Light blue. You name it, it was there. I trudged my way upstairs and dropped the two boxes in the empty room farthest from the stairs. I went back down looking into the kitchen. Miss. Angelina and Patricia were sitting at the table looking rather annoyed.
"Oh ya, just make yourselves at home in my house. Oh and I don't need any help," I mumbled.
>_<
I finished with all the boxes and instruments. Miss. Angelina was outside doing who know what and she told me to watch the brat.
"Wow you sure are a freak. Those kids were right," the brat said. I felt a slight sting from her comment but I just shrugged it off. "Why do you still stand here? Why don't you just die you freak. No one wants you, you will be alone forever. Grand-ma told me your parents left you, threw you away like bad tuna," every insult that came out of her mouth stung but I stood tall. I knew Diaz was fighting Luce's grip. She probably wanted to get out here and teach this brat a lesson.
"Lets go Patricia!" Miss. Angelina called. Patricia ran up to her and before the were out of earshot I heard, "before she infects us with her freak-ness."
I closed the door and walked up the stairs and into my room. I need to furnish this place. All there was was a mattress I got on clearance at Sleep-country, and a lamp. The room was a sky blue color and wood flooring.
"Wow, this place is just extravagant," Diaz said sarcastically, poking her head out of the bag. I laughed.
"Diaz!" Luce hissed.
"It's OK, I agree with her," I said, "now stop strangling her." Luce slowly detached her hands from here neck.
"Not my fault she's so God Damn annoying.." She grumbled.
"Hey!" Diaz shouted. "Not my fault you're just a big meanie" she said like a five year old. That just started the big argument I was trying to avoid. As they were yelling at each other, I decided to try to take a nap. And boy did I need one. I went and laid down on the mattress. I pull the thin blanket that was on it, up to my chest and to the sound of Diaz and Luce's fight I fell into a peaceful sleep. Or so I thought.
(ps. The picture is Diaz)
