When she collapses in her school corridor she wakes up to a place where she belongs. St.Mekitige Academy for Supernatural Beings. She becomes best friends with a vampire and a werewolf, makes enemies with the most popular girl and sorcerer in the school and along the way finds out that she is a witch. Will she be Queen of the school here or will she fall to the bottom of the Food Chain. More importantly will she find her true self?

Chapter One

I despise teachers. I despise school with my heart, mind and soul. But one thing I do love is being a cheerleader. Having everybody fall and worship my feet. Having guys ask me on a date everyday of my life. Having my own group of followers and a guy telling me they love me every week since the first day I stepped foot in Sea View High. Yep, my life is pretty perfect, having no care if I pass High School or not. I mean, with my looks I could pretty much get a job anywhere I wanted. But there is one thing that troubles me. Every day before I wake up and fall asleep I feel like I don’t belong here. Like I belong in some other place. I spotted my long term boyfriend Derek Parr. I felt my head spinning as soon as I saw him. I felt my brown eyes slowly close. Well I did spend all night texting Louise and Gabriella. I felt my legs giving way before I hit the floor and “why is the floor disappearing”, I though to myself. I waited to hit the floor, it never came. Instead I felt myself falling. I opened my eyes and looked down. I could see hundreds of heads staring forward looking at the stage in front of them that held a old man that was going bald and had a great white beard and a middleaged plum woman who had long greying hair who was staring at these people. Where was i? I fell onto the stage with a huge bang. I looked up to see all of the people staring at me. I soon realised what hey were wearing. The females of this group had long black tights, knee length grey skirts, white blouses, black buckle up boots or school shoes, a black blazer and a tie. The males had grey trousers, white shirts, black school shoes, ties  and a blazer with a school crest imprinted on the pocket. The ties, were one of three colours either red, green or blue. I looked down at what I was wearing.  It was the same clothing as the females but like most of them my tie was blue.  The middleaged woman then turned to me and said, “Sophie Francesca Barbrick. A witch to the school of St. Mektige Academy and a valuable member to the community our Lord Mektige created and united when he was a headmaster here over three hundred years ago, Abigail Roosater of the Werewolf Community and Theodore Laandar of the Vampire Community please come up here. You may help Sorcerer Barbrick around the school and show her around the lessons also will Dana WillWor of the United Sorcerer community show her around the Sorcerer dorms and the lessons she will be attending with the other sorcerers”. A girl with long blonde hair, cold grey eyes and a green tie walked up to the stage, she was followed by a boy with messy dirty blonde hair and near black eyes. He was wearing a red tie. A girl then stood up. She had the same colour tie as me, she had light brown hair and warm brown eyes. This must all be just a dream. A very weird dream. Maybe when I fell over I hit my head pretty bad. And I have been feeling very ill recently. Headaches, stomach pains, vomiting, sneezing and coughing. But for some reason I felt me being ill had something to do with this dream. I followed Abigail, Theodore and Dana out of the strange room. I examined these people carefully. The dirty blonde male looked at the girls, took a deep breath and said, “I am Theodore but please call me Theo, the blonde girl is Abigail and the brown haired girl is Dana.” he pointed to each of the girls when he said there name. Dana then shrugged her shoulders and walked up a staircase saying, “You can show the new girl around. I need to finish my astrology project which I would normally not do. But since it is either this or show a loser around. I think I am going to choose this. Dog Girl, Bat Kid, Newbie” she then walked up the staircase that had a sign on the side saying ‘Library, Potion Physics, Translation and Astrology. Since when was I a loser. I have never been a loser never will. What kind of names are Dog Girl and Bat Kid. Sounds like a cheesy superhero team. At least Spiderman, Batman and Superman were good looking. Kind of. I followed Abigail and Theodore up different staircases getting different rooms pointed out. There were at least seven different staircase and five floors. Not including the gigantic cellar that is used as a kitchen and a dining room. It was truly huge compared to Sea View High, the biggest High School along the west coast. Abigail and Theo told me the basic history of the school, lesson times and my school schedule. They led me to a door that said ‘Sorcerer Dorms’ and Abigail said, “Remember breakfast starts at seven. Me and Theo will meet you at the café so we can go to Animal Biology together. Your stuff will be in the room which has on the door Sorcerer Sophie Francesca Barbrick. Your room has been designed to suit you. I then watched Theo vanish in thin air. Probably using his super speed he told me about earlier. I heard Abigail mutter “show off” under her breath and take off in the opposite direction probably going to the Werewolf dorms. Tomorrow will be fun. Note the sarcasm.
