Chapter 1 ~A Snow Day

Hearing the bird's chipping in the morning always made me smile and always got me into a good mood the door to my room slowly opened and the kitten who i named angel she mewed softly then walking up to my bed and jumping onto my bed she walked towards me and licked my cheek. Waking up seeing angel with her cute sapphire eyes she mewed happily and nuzzled my cheek with a giggle then slowly sitting up in bed then picking her up and placed her on my lap then strokes her until there was a knock then the door opened up my mother who had long brown hair was wearing a winter outfit she smiled.

Mother : "Good Morning yui"

Yui : "Good Morning mother is something the matter?"

Mother : "i have rung up the school and it is closed today due to the snow"

Yui : "alright thanks mother"

Mother: "also me and your father has work today so we will be home later okay"

Yui : "I understand and have a nice day"

Once she was gone placing angel on my bed then getting out then heading into the bathroom closing the door and locking it then turning the shower slowly removing my pyjama's then placing them in the laundry bag. Once fully undressed then getting in the shower and closing the shower door the water hit down my body and the shower door gotten steamed up also washing my hair i felt relax but something was bothering me,washing my body and my hair still the water running down my body. Then hearing my phone ring a sigh escaped my lips turning the shower off once done then opening up the shower door grabbing two towels wrapping one around my body and the other one around my hair then stepping out and walking to the sink,turning it on and filling up the cup then grabbing the tooth brush and opening up the tooth paste and squeezing it on the tooth brush i began to brush my teeth there was a knock on the bathroom door.

Maid : "excuse me miss yui"

Yui : "yes?"

Maid : "There was a phone call for you it was amelia and i have left a message for you"

Yui : "what is the message?"

Maid : "she will meet you by the fountain at 11 am"

Yui : "okay thank you"

Maid : "no problem miss yui"

The maid left my room then spitting out the toothpaste and using the water from the cup to rinse my mouth to get rid of the tooth paste once that was done walking to the bathroom door unlocking it then opening the door i walked into my bed angel was playing with my blanket cutely which made me laugh so much. Now that i was fully ready wearing my white and red winter dress,white tights then putting on my brown flat heeled snow boot's,grabbing my purse and my keys then putting my bag across my chest with a braid in the side of my hair then picking up angel i left my room. Hour later i have met amelia both of us hugged each other we headed to the shopping mall as we entered we looked around the shops and many café's, after our day out we headed back to my home but along the way we spotted adam who was trying to get a cat out of a tree for the little girl who was crying walking over we helped him then he gave the kitten to the little girl who thanked him then skipped off holding her kitten close.

Adam : "Good morning yui and amelia"

Yui & Amelia : "Good morning"

Adam : "so what bring's you guys here"

Amelia : "well we spotted you trying to get the kitten out of the tree"

Adam : "oh i see heh guess you spotted that huh?"

Yui : "indeed by the way we are heading to my home would you like to join us?"

Adam : "sure i would like that"

Yui : "great let's go"

After me and amelia talked with adam all three of us headed to my home along the way we passed the shrine but then suddenly stopping and looking towards the shrine from the bottom of the stairs something was giving off a weird vibe or some sort which made me worried with a shrug heading to catch up with amelia and adam eventually we finally arrived at my home. Once we were inside henry our butler took our coats we then adam removed his shoes then placed purple slippers on his feet,me and amelia removed our boots and she placed white slippers on as for me i had the blue's on,angel came over mewing once she heard me picking her up then holding her we headed to the living area sitting down i turned the tv on as it turned on we were watching movies,funny programmes while eating pizza,fries,burgers and everything else also drinking some pepsi. As the late afternoon approached greeting off amelia and adam then closing the door i headed back into the living area and began to clear up then taking them into the kitchen while angel was asleep on the couch in the corner sleeping peacefully,placing the dishes in the dishwasher the phone rang walking over i answered the phone.

Father : "hey sweety sorry to tell you this but we are going to be late home"

Yui : "how come father did something happen to you and mother?"

Father : "me and your mother are stuck in traffic due to this snow storm"

Yui : "oh okay i understand father i love you both"

Father : "we love you too sweety"

Putting the phone down once it ended with a sigh then walking to the light switch and turning the light's off i headed over to the living area then turned the tv off then picking up angel into my arms and switching off the lights and locking the door once the maids and henry left before the snow storm hit. Heading upstairs and then down the hallway reaching my room then turning the light on then closing the door i walked to my bed then placing angel down and then opening up the closet taking out a clean set of purple butterflies pyjama's then headed into the bathroom closing the door. Coming out after switching the bathroom light off then switching off the bedroom light and walking to my bed and climbing in then pulling the blanket on me and laying down with angel curled up on the end of bed then closing my eyes i fell into a deep sleep all could be heard was the strong wind and some hail hitting the window but the one thing i didn't was that the amulet has started to glow softly.
