I could finally see a light when I open my eyes. I can hear a sigh and I look next to me to see who it came from. A man stood there next to a heart monitor and then realize my reborn was supposed to die. I watch as docters pick me up and hand me to the man. A woman then walks next to the man and smiles.
"What should we name her?", she asked.
"Sapphire, like the girl everyone has been talking about.", the man says.
I think and I realize my death is famous to the shifters but I never knew the humans knew. I just fall asleep not caring about what my new parents were talking about to themselves.
