"WAKE UP!" my mom screamed up to my room. After almost having a heart attack while waking up, I got my clothes ready, and went downstairs for breakfast. Silently sitting there as I ate my pancakes my mom asked me "Are you alright? You don't seem yourself." I quickly said "Yes I'm alright nothing going on" when really it isn't alright. For over a month now my anxiety has gone over the roof. I never want to go out when my family does, and I certainly hate going to school.
School is pretty much Hell on Earth. You have the popular kids that think they are all that, you have the kids that weird you out, and then there is me. I do have a lot of friends and I'm not bullied, but sometimes I just feel out of place. I feel like I don't belong and that has me all nervous 24/7.
After eating, I walked to my friends house and we walked to the bus stop. After we got on the school day dragged by of course. Finally when I got home I saw my mom standing there with a big smile on her face. The face she was making made me lead to think she has a surprise. I looked at my mom and said "What's going on?" Then she excitedly handed me two tickets. They were tickets to meet David Walliams.
Now incase you don't know who he is, he is an actor/author/comedian/tv personality from the UK. I have always wanted to meet him for a lot of reasons but (We will get to that later on in the story). Anyways, David is my favorite celebrity and I look up to him more than anyone. My parents think its a phase but I know its not TRUST ME.
When she handed me the tickets I have never been so happy. I screamed and thought I was going to pass out from screaming so much. I ran and hugged my mom shouting "THANK YOU SO MUCH I LOVE YOU MOM!" She smiled and said "You're welcome honey! We will be going this Friday so start packing!" After that I ran up to my room and quickly packed all my clothes. After I packed I couldn't even comprehend what was going on. I will be meeting my FAVORITE celebrity! I never knew this would happen. I was still shocked. I didn't know if this was real life or not. This will be the moment I have been waiting for, for a very long time...
