Awaken

Awaken : Chapter I

While in the party, Kat was having a good time with her friends. Someone came beside her and he then introduced himself.

"Miss, I'm Jaz and you are?" Jaz.

She then offered her hand.

"Kat. I'm Kat. So you're having fun don't you?" -Kat.

"Well, yeah! I just stop for a minute to know you cause you seems like you're alone, drinking wine ... (disturbed)" -Jaz.

"Hey, You! Kiss me." -Kat "Wait what?!" -Jaz.

"Kiss me please (crying) I'm desperate!" -Kat. She tried to pursue.

"Oh,God! You're drunk, (Geez) give me your drink." -Jaz.

Kat was so drunk and desperate to have a kiss. She grabbed Jaz and she kissed him. Jaz was so shocked by what just happened. He only wants to know her but he didn't expect what happened.

A man from behind was approaching angrily.

Then he grabbed Jaz and throws him a punch. Kat stopped them and he slapped the man.

Party animals have been aware.
Crowd shouted.

"What the fuck did just happened?!" -Jaz. "And who the fuck are you! You just kissed my girlfriend. Don't you know she's mine?" -Mat asked.

Then he asked Kat. "Kat? Since when? Are you cheating on me?"

"Did I? Am I the one who cheat?"

"Look at yourself! You're the one who's cheating between us! Let's stop this we're done." -Kat said.

She walked out with Jaz, but Mat refused.

"Don't do it. Please. Kat? I'm sorry. I... I don't mean it. Please forgive me." - Mat.

"Apologize, huh! Did you just think everything will be okay with a sorry?! I already forgive you since the day I found out you have a girl and I pretend that I don't know. (Geez) But, did you know? Every time I saw you, it breaks me so much! (Heavy Breathing) How idiot am I to do this but it's all over. Get lost!" -Kat replied.

Jaz drove Kat to her house.

While in the middle of the road Kat talked to Jaz.

"All I want is a perfect love, a perfect commitment. Princess with her Prince. Queen living with King. A fairy tale story and i just thought he is the one who will I grow old with. But, it's only my fantasy." - Kat said.

"Nothing in this world is perfect. I'll be your crying shoulder for tonight." - Jaz replied.

Then she lay her head at Jaz's shoulder.

Several minutes later.

"(Geez) Hey, There's someone following us." Jaz said.

"Wait. . . Oh, God! That his car! It's Mat." Kat replied.

It seems like Mat is trying to chase them.

He then approaches beside the car of Jaz at the right side. Mat was kept on staring at them and he looks so mad.

He talked angrily.

"If I do this Kat, It would be better for me so you wouldn't be got by other man. I am the one for you Kat! I am." Mat said.

"Don't do it Mat! Leave me alone. I am not for you! Can't you see?" Kat replied.

Mat was very angry of what he had heard.

He hit the car at its side. Then Jaz car hit a tree.

Jaz was hit the glass and he fainted.

Few minutes later.

Calling Police Station.

ON PHONE:

"Hello? Police. (Low voice) we... we're somewhere unfamiliar. I, I... I 'm hurt! (Geez) Please... Help!" She said.

Whispered. "Jaz, wake up. Oh, disgusting! Jaz. Keep your eyes open. Hello, Police? Please (crying) Hurry up! Please."

"Okay ma'am what is your name? Police asked.

"Kat."

"Okay Kat, Are you familiar with that place?" Police asked.

"I, I... I don't know! I told you before. Please hurry up my friend is dying. Oh, His blood! (Geez)." She said.

"Okay Kat, just hold on for a minute we're going to track your location." Police said.

"He's dying. Oh! Please, faster. (Crying)" She replied. (CALL ENDED)

After several minutes of waiting.

She heard a siren from not so far and as the time past, it gets louder. The Police and Medic helped them get off that place and be safe.

Kat woke up at the hospital and she saw Jaz sitting beside her and holding her hand.

Whispered. "Jaz, wake up." she said.

"Kat, are you okay now?"

"Yes, don't mind about me. You're the one who supposed to be asked. Are you okay? Wait (worried), your face some bruises in it." She replied.

"I'm okay now, the doctor just removes all glass debris on my face and it has stitches and it's kinda itchy and painful, luckily i don't broke my neck (laugh) but, yah! I'm fine." He said.

She holds Jaz's hand tightly.

"Jaz, Thank you. (Cried) Thanks for having with me and I feel I know you already. Thank you! I never felt this before." She said.

"Shh! No don' cry (He wiped the tears) just be strong I'll  be on you. The police is now working on it they're now pursuing the offender (Mat). I gave them the photo of him. I'm sorry, I used your phone. I just get his photo and I also called your Mom and she will be here soon as she said." He replied.

The police knocked at the door.

As the police entered. "Good Morning Ma'am and Sir. Good News, Gladly we'd found Mat and he have been arrested lately. Just a few step to find him guilty." Police said.

The happiness they felt is what they wanted.

Few weeks later Mat was found guilty by the court for attempting murder.

One month later. 

Kat has been discharged to the hospital and have more chance to know more Jaz.

Several years later. . .

So, this is the first part of my story Awaken. Feel free to point out some mistaken spelling/grammar but be nice. Hope you enjoy it.
